Checked in on 2025.7.16. When I arrived at the front desk, she told me that the deluxe sea view room I booked was under renovation, so she upgraded me to a garden villa. I saw that the main building was indeed under renovation and only a small part was still habitable, so I checked into the garden villa in Figure 4. I called someone to deal with it, and after a long time, someone came with a ladder, a towel, and a bottle of insecticide and sprayed it. How could I scare them away? I can do it myself... I went to the front desk to find someone again. I asked to pay extra to move to the front row because walking from this room to the front desk is like walking in a primeval forest, and frogs croaking and jumping on you at any time. It's scary enough. The brave ones are fine. I'm a coward. As a result, they didn't have a room to change to. I was helpless and angry and could only ask Ctrip to solve it. Ctrip asked me to endure it for one night and changed it to the room type I booked the next day. Then it was very interesting. Haha. Obviously no one was living on the second floor, but they asked me to stay on the first floor. No matter what I said, it was not acceptable. The attitude towards Chinese people is simply terrible... I saw Europeans and Americans grinning from ear to ear, and they looked depressed when talking to Chinese people. I don't know why Thai people are so lucky not to stay with Chinese people, haha.
