When you book room it only says it’s “Hillside. What it doesn’t say is that it’s across the busy (main) road. So in this case you no longer book room in tje hotel located at the beach. Tie “hillside” complex was completely unattended. No pool bar, nobody at the “reception” despite 100% occupancy and middle of high season. Location across the road made it unable for our early teens to reach room “for something” while we were on the beach. Every time somebody had to escort them. The extra paid “pool view” from our room was also completely dissatisfying. Once we complained about location of room during check in, after Front Office Manager checked source or our booking (Trip.com), she immediately rejected any complain saying that location of the room should be made clear by agent (it’s nowhere in the description when we booked the room). Beware booking room in this property - it is split in two separate complexes.

This hotel is by Far the best hotel I have stay in Food, was outstanding the Room was excellent the location unbeatable the staff bend over backs to help you

5 stars hotel with full facilities. Very nice breakfasts, pools, rooms. Very goo d to stay with children because beach is on deep near beach. Recommend.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The swimming pool was great, however the Waterslide was not working. The Jacuzzi in the room is not good as the water jet does not really hit on the body. Breakfast was very good. Location wise it is walking distance to most restaurants and shops.

I cherished every visit and kept records of all the amazing restaurants or cafes that I stumbled upon.

Everything during the stay was taking care of perfectly by the hotel staff. We got different birthday surprises which was a nice touch . The gym could be better as we couldn’t workout properly and went to a gym down the road . It’s also unfortunate that the pool isn’t heated as now nobody is using them. Great stay for families and elderly people

The staff speak good English and we're very helpful and polite, especially Ms Da and Khun Nuke. The beach is just behind the hotel. The food variety is huge! Tables are located just beside the beach.

Very good hotel at very good location. Little old furniture but no issues. Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast.

Very good hotel facility, environment and service. Tried delicious food, amazing spa, gym, stayed two different room type. Very cool and brilliant experience however there is a space is under renovation which is extremely noisy during day.

Very nice resort. Excellent staff, comfortable bed (although King was 2 mattresses side by side, which was annoying sometimes with the “crack”). Breakfast buffet was very good. Great location, nice beach.
