Great Resort at the spot of the island, There is a lot to explore and the beach is perfectly clean

Море колобродит. Купаться не получилось, а так хотелось))) все остальное здорово!

สถานที่กว้างขวาง ที่จอดรถมีเยอะเลยค่ะ เด็กๆชอบสระว่ายน้ำมากค่ะ มีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกครั้ง

Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer gebucht ,beim einchecken haben wir reklamiert das daß der ganze Raum nach Urin riecht. Das Personal hat das damit begründet das wir ja das Zimmer gebucht hätten (online) auch nachdem wir gesagt hatten das wir bei einer Online Buchung ja nicht wissen könnten wie es in dem Raum riecht , bekamen wir nur die nicht hilfreiche Antwort das wir gegen Mehrpreis ein anderes Zimmer haben könnten. Was dann allerdings auch nicht möglich war da angeblich alle Zimmer ausgebucht waren obwohl wir auf verschiedenen online Plattformen sofort ein anderes Zimmer hätten buchen können. Fazit positiv an diesem Hotel kann man nur den Strand bewerten . Auch wenn andere Gäste geschrieben haben , das daß Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich sei können wir dies leider nicht bestätigen. Für Urlauber die einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchten können wir dieses Hotel aus vorgenannten Gründen nicht empfehlen.

Cleanliness is not the hotel's strong point. Even after complaining, no improvement. Described differently on booking than in reality. The cushions on the pool loungers were very worn. The hotel is probably past its best and needs to be renovated. Sauberkeit ist nicht die Stärke des Hotels. Auch nach Reklamation keine Besserung. Auf Booking anders beschrieben wie in Wirklichkeit. Die Auflagen der Poolliegen sehr verschlissen. Das Hotel hat wohl die besten Zeiten hinter sich und müsste renoviert werden.

Koh Chang beach Resort report 2024, so we've been here for almost 2 weeks now. A good and calm beach is probably what many people wish for, and when booking accommodation online, it is difficult to analyze what the beach is like in reality. The advertisement photos are usually taken at high tide and thus the rocks and other bumps remain hidden. We are currently at Klong Prao Resort and we have been satisfied specifically with the beach and its quality. You have run in the water and waded along the beach many times between 09:00 and 15:00 from your own Resort to the right all the way to Flora I Talay Resort. I've been looking to see if you could find rocks, corals or anything else that hurts when you step on it. The result was 3 small murky that I brought to the beach. At least now the water is so clear that you can see the bottom perfectly. No jellyfish have been seen for the first time, a few flying fish have whizzed past us. Sand Fly critters are a bit of a problem. You can't see or hear them and in the evening there is a red pimple most often on the leg. You can find balsam at the pharmacy. My wife probably has 20 of them and I have 2 of them. The big man probably smells so bad that he leaves them alone. We stay twice in this resort in Villas A8 and B8 and we liked a lot of them. Breakfast is ok and you can start you day with fully tummy. Resort have also Minimart and there you find essential products including. Beer. Reception ladies can call you Soongtae taxi and they also give you price for your trip. These taxis are relatively cheap 100-150 Thb for 2 person for good distances. On way back from your dinner hail a taxi and show 100 Thai money in your hand to driver and tell where to go. They are mostly satisfied for compared to Samui, Phuket and Khao Lak where taxi cartel keeps prices really high. 350-400 one way private to compare. I would recommend if you like Villa type accomodation Villas from A6 to A8 and even more tranquility B3 to B10. If Villas are not in your budget try to get place to stay in the southern part of the resort. Those areas are not affected evening Techno disturbances from the bar near main gate.

Overall the stay here was very good. Location and room was great. Not given it 5* because some staff in the restaurant need improved training and the pool bar need a refurbishment .

Perfect ‘private’ Beach our kids loved it and so did We. This resort is the best We have stayed in Thailand. Super High service level. Good breakfast.
