Today at Republic day there is a great celebration. Happy hub at all club Mahindra property has most talented people, they entertain guests in great way.

Our stay at Club Mahindra Virajpet was an experience we will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality that made us feel truly cared for. It beautifully showcases the resort’s design and allows guests to appreciate its layout at a single glance. This little detail made us feel even more connected to the property. The lush greenery, the calming ambiance, and the ever-smiling staff made us feel so welcome. Special thanks to the housekeeping team, who not only maintained the property impeccably but also added small touches that made our stay so memorable. This resort is not just a place to stay; it’s a place that touches your heart. We left with a sense of peace and gratitude, and we’re already looking forward to returning. It's my pleasure to visit club Mahindra virajpet Best stay I had ever. I was there for 3 days and I had tremendous stay. while taking meal package I took for 3 times meal package. I'm aa coffee lover where ever I go I taste coffee. I was having dinner in aroma restaurant chef Santosh and mithun was taking feedback on every meal. They surprised me with coffee flavored bruschetta. Everytime I was drinking coffee this time I had bread coffee which I had ever tasted. In the breakfast they served me coffee flavored sweet buns it was mouth watering. I really appreciate the effort of the specialized chef team. I really going to miss the virajpet club Mahindra thank you for making my time awesome.

Club Mahindra ,Virajapete property is going from bad to worse with extremely deteriorating standards. Surprising to note that they are only keen on increasing revenue generation without bothering to enhance customer service standards .They desperately increase membership without much increase in their properties.There's always a mad rush in securing desired accomodation by members.Despite this,they offer bookings to non members too,which is grave injustice to their members. Roads to the property is in extremely poor condition and with improper signboards.Insufficient parking for guest vehicles.The team are in a hurry to collect the complete accomodation payment upfront,right at arrival, despite having collected booking advance.This in itself exposes their own lack of confidence in guest experience and utter disregard to standard hospitality norms. Rooms are ill maintained and stinks.House keeping needs repeated reminders to clean up and even to provide sufficient towels based on the number of guests. Fun zone is a rip off with high rates for everything without any concern for user safety.Badminton court had water stagnation and guests falling and injuring.Despite repeated pleas, it was not cleaned.There's no first aid kit to cater to injuries. Rusted and broken equipments.Swimming pool is unmanned with many guests jumping in with regular costumes ,without proper swim wear.Music and dance programs are too cringe and needs a professional touch to cater to families. Food prices are extremely high and food court is packed without any place to find a seating.Defeats the purpose of a serene holiday with this ambience.Food taste is too mediocre and options are limited with the same menu repeated everyday despite high costs.During check out, additional charges are billed without usage or double billed for already paid services and unless checked, it can be a rip off to the guests .This is extremely poor guest relations by the resort. Many resorts in the vicinity offer a far better experience at much lower costs. Not at all recommended!!

It was a very good experience had fun and was good for kids and family i recommend it for all age groups. All the amenities are too good and very well maintained gardening areas and outdoor activities and good indoor activities too , The food is also very good overall wonderful experience and magic show form Siddesh was really amazing all the kids enjoyed it very much Thank you club Mahindra for wonderful experience

Excellent facilities, courteous staff, great infrastructure at Virajpet. Mr. Nishant was very warm and polite. They took great care of my special kids. My review, however, is about their Bangalore office sales and marketing team. I did not get a right platform to write this. I hope Virajpet team routes this concern to the correct decision maker. Scammed - False Promises by Club Mahindra Bangalore Team Sharing a real bad experience with Club Mahindra Sales and Marketing Team from Bangalore, Residency Road. I got multiple calls from Shivaraj (861 *** 5180) about a holiday presentation with free voucher for attending the event with no obligation. I clearly told him at least in a couple of calls that I will come alone. I also told him that I already attended this presentation once for buying car from Anant Motors and used the voucher at Virajpet. He said not a problem - please attend. He booked the slot at Anant Cars, KR Puram. I got a call from another person (99****541) confirming my presence at the presentation. I again told her I would come alone and I have already used similar voucher in the past. She said she is aware that I have used this in Virajpet, asked for my experience, and told me that there is a new launch and I should listen. She said going alone is not a problem. I drove 45 KM to attend this event. After visiting the showroom, they informed me that sales executives are not available and that they will send someone home. Luckily, Raghu (974****258) turned up in 15 minutes. I updated him about my earlier discussions with their team. He did not have any objection that I was alone. I clearly told him I visited their resort through a voucher, so I know all the details. He said he would skip the presentation then and come directly to costing. He took about 20 minutes to explain. His senior came and offered some discounts. At this point too, they said a voucher will be given regardless of my decision to join as a member. Next day, I called Raghu. He said I am not eligible for voucher because I came single and I need to contact the Marketing team. Are you kidding me? Was this guy sleeping during the presentation? Why was I even asked to attend then? I called the lady (99****4541) back. She said there is some misunderstanding and I will get the voucher by Monday on my email. I called her Monday, she said Tuesday. I called Tuesday, she said she will send it directly to my Whattsap. When I called Thursday, she said there is some complication and there is a problem in generating voucher for single visitors. I lost my cool here and told that I would visit the office and leave a negative feedback. I need the seniors' numbers to talk to. She communicated back saying that some escalation process has been raised and her senior said I can do whatever I want. I lost half a day and travelled close to 100 KM for this presentation. Please do not make false promises like this. No one is craving for your vouchers, but once we put an effort and in
