Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

The city view room has a view of the town. The interior is similar to other rooms. It is more convenient to take an outdoor hot spring on the same floor, but you need to go to the lobby on the first floor to get the key. The hotel facilities are user-friendly. The staff are very nice. It is worth coming to Arima. A wonderful memory

Hotel is just next to the JR station which is very convenient for travellers. Airport express shuttle bus station also nearby. Hotel is clean and tidy but a bit small. Staff is friendly and polite. There is a smoking room in the check in lobby floor. Lovely stay in kobe with Remm plus.

The hotel is in a very good location, about five minutes away from the JR station. You can take the elevator up the mountain to the hotel entrance. The room has a beautiful view, facing the sea view and the Mingmen Bridge. It is a sister hotel next door and you can take a bath in the outdoor hot spring pool through the corridor. There are many kinds of food. Most of the cold appetizers are seafood 🦞. Wagyu 🥩 is a little greasy. The overall feeling is very ceremonial. I bought local sake to celebrate and got an ice bucket. You can take a hot spring bath indoors at any time ♨️, which is very satisfying. The reservation is relatively temporary, so it is recommended to plan in advance.

The public bath has two cleaning times, 00-01, 0930-1100. I missed the morning bath and now I regret it. This 800-year-old restaurant has no flaws. I ordered a cake here, which was very delicious. Full of surprises when you can stay at a local hourly hotel. The sex toys, tub and the amenities are fab. Room size is excellent and we have enjoyed the free parking. The breakfast is soso. The door lock is out of order and you can’t go out the room. The most important thing is l suffered fungi problems on my skin. It is terrible for the room hygiene.

Nicely located next to port tower, not too far from subway station, a few minutes walk from China Town. Shuttle service for train station, but depending on traffic it might not be that faster. The hotel is not brand new and it shows, but rooms are still nice and tidy regardless with all equipment one could expect. Public bath is fantastic, with sona, hot, hotter and cold baths. Nice amenities in general. Nice and helpful staff.

Very nice onsen where you can get both Kinsen（golden hot spring）and Ginsen（silver hot spring）. Breakfast is buffet with lots of choices. It’s quite near to both train and bus station. There’s direct bus to Kyoto and Kobe. The hotel is located a short distance up the slope. You can request hotel shuttle to train/bus station.
