Ulasan Hotel Okura Kobe

Superb concierge and all staffs service. Truly helpful and we really appreciate the outstanding service of all the crew. Big scale hotel in Kobe. A bit date for its 30s years history of the hotel yet very clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are really good. Kids playground, indoor golf, gym, Japanese garden, shops, parking, restaurants, and etc. Breakfast buffet also worth the pay. Another plus point is that there is pet hotel in the area outside main building. Location is prime, just few steps to port area and BeKobe. During our stay, there is Kobe hanabi festival and the location of our hotel is the most benefit. Indoor parking with fee.

I was so pleased with the service offered prior to arriving and on site. The room was so comfortable with a full size bath tub too and super hot water

it's outstanding, since I'm traveling w/ infant the hotel staff assists us immediately upon descending fr; our taxi...plan of staying again soon.

Location is perfect because the hotel have shuttle bus to JR station . Also the hotel is closed to harbor area which have lots of shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to any tourist visit Kobe .

2nd stay at the hotel. Once with a group of 16 and this time with my family of 3. To be fair, the stay was comfortable and I was initially very pleased at choosing Hotel Okura Kobe again. The reason for my low rating is that the hotel laundry service ruined 3 of my sweaters which were sent for dry cleaning. The sweaters have been dry cleaned before without incident but were shrunk considerably after cleaning at the hotel. I believe the dry cleaning was mismanaged and wrote in to give feedback, specifically that this type of mistake with laundry should not be happening at a hotel which markets itself on the higher end of the spectrum. Did receive a cookie cutter reply from the housekeeping manager acknowledging my complaint. I think the incident was perhaps caused by new staff that were poorly trained. Pity, the incident ruined my experience and resulted in the poor rating for an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel is old but its good and quality the backyard is beautiful 🥰 breakfast is good too

The sea view was beautiful, but the Japanese restaurants inside the hotel were not available without reservation

The hotel is a bit old and no convenience store around.

We enjoyed our stay at the Okura Kobe. The hotel has a grant entrance and a tall tower building. The lobby has a few traditional fashion boutiques and food store. Our room and toilet was spacious and our room has a great view of Kobe city. While it is slightly away from the shopping area, there is hotel shuttle bus available. You can also take a short walk into town.

For the price of this hotel, the amenities and food are not up to the standard.

Great location, top service, unfortunately the swimming pool will be charged extra

I can see sunrise from the hotel room, that scenery was so unforgettable  it was the best view ever 😍 their services was extremely unexpectedly good because I didn’t tell them that I was one of their Okura membership. member and they just knew it by looking at my passport and that was shocking to me 😂 after my check in process, one of the staff escorted me from the front office to my room, and even explain every function in the hotel room  it was extremely nice from them. During my stay, my friend would like to visit me and she would like to take the shuttle bus, but in order to take the shuttle bus, you must prove that you’re one of their guests in the hotel, so I have request a special request to the hotel to give permission for my friend to use the service and they were so nice and quickly approved my request  my friend was very satisfied with that services. The day when I check out of the hotel I was asking for the shuttle bus service because I would like to go to my next hotel, but the day I check out doesn’t have any shuttlebus and one of the staff quickly called the driver to drive me to the hotel without charging me, any fees 🥹 and the staff even stay with me outside for a long time, and the time it was 2 degrees Celsius outside 😢 I really do recommend this hotel to all of you.  I will stay in this hotel again for sure.
