Hotel is located close to the walking street and not too far from the beach. Island style vibe with the palm trees and wooden structures outside. The room was ok, very simple. No toiletries in the bathroom and mosquitoes are everywhere. We had 2 small cockroaches in the room, I guess from the heat/humidity. Not ideal :/ There is AC in the room. Bed wasn't bad, the pillow was uncomfortable- big and puffy. Other than that, I think the highlight here is the MOJO restaurant that is on the premises. The breakfast was great- healthy, western options available that are filling. The banana cake is soft, delicious and homemade - try it! Overall not a bad stay. Thank you!

Still early season so there were plenty of spare tables with a view over the sea. We shared Feta Saganaki for a starter. It was runnier than usual but this was not a bad thing. Just a touch of chilli gave it a kick. My main was dorada - grilled and served whole. Very tender fish and not too tricky to spot the bones. My wife had chicken fillet with mushroom sauce. Decent sized fillet - tasty but slightly dry. Free orange cake to finish - didn’t think it would be my thing but it was scrumptious. Total bill including house wine and water was €41

Lovely hotel in a good location; easy walking distance to Walking Street and all the beaches. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the Cafe Mojo attached to the hotel is amazing. Lovely all day breakfast available with a good selection of food and drink (we had breakfast included in our price). Our room was clean and had everything we needed, they also provided fresh beach towels every day. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast were awesome! Fresh fruits and homemade yoghurt was delicious! The room was great and spacious. The location is convenient to the Walking Street and Sunrise Beach. Everyone and the owner are friendly and helpful.

Booked 4 nights in advance based on good reviews. Breakfast was delicious - home made bread in a lovely restaurant. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t able to get cool enough to enjoy a good nights sleep despite putting the AC on 16deg on the second night. When I told the owner (Matthias) after the first night he suggested I check the AC setting and that maybe the filter needed to be changed. The next day, I told him that I didn’t realize the AC was only at 24deg, but he didn’t proactively change the filter to ensure no issues. Also, the in-room safe didn’t work, even when they left the key but there was no effort made to change the safe. I had told Matthias after one night that I might look for another property as I really needed a proper sleep. Matthias acknowledged this and hoped the room would be sufficiently cold the next night. Alas, it was not to be. Matthias kindly refunded some money for the 2 nights I canceled - for the breakfast and non use of electricity, but I was surprised he still charged me for a couple of Americanos after my inconvenience and his lack of proactiveness. When I mentioned this to him at checkout, he was almost indignant…. Frankly not a good feeling. Overall, a nice feel to the place but I’d never go back not recommend others to stay.
