Nice simple chalet-style hotel. Private sun beds available on the beach. Restaurant right next to the beach. Great location and friendly staff. Free shuttle back to the pier after checking out at 12noon.

Great hotel, right next to one of the best beaches on the island. Rooms are clean and spacious. Check-in was very easy. Hotel breakfast is also right next to the beach, great atmosphere. Another big plus is the hotel provides towels for the beach and sun chairs free of charge.

Really enjoyed our two night stay whilst visiting Koh Larn. Located right on the beach, service was good. Friendly faces everywhere.

The hotel is absolutely nice and clean. The breakfast was also fresh and average.
Just the pick up service is not available all the time I think because I call a few times for the pick up services but finally they told me that I need to get there by myself from boats station to the hotel. If you have two to three bags, will be hard to drive on motorbike by yourself.

Best location on the island from what I have seen after driving around. Food is not bad. Staff are very laid back… Overall it was a pleasant stay and amazing sunsets.

Very expensive for what you actually get, service was ok, waited a while to get served and there was 3 waitresses sat around talking, comfortable mattress. No breakfast buffet available, sea picture for my sea view that I paid extra for

When you’re in Pattaya, do take a ferry to Koh Larn - a short getaway from the bustling of the city. The water is so clear and it’s just so beautiful there. Been there twice and will not miss going there if we ever to be at Pattaya.
There are many beaches and Xanadu is located away from the main town. If you want quiet time, clear water, less crowd, Xanadu’s beach is for you! The vibes are relax and chill - the housing is chalet like so don’t expect alot. You can rent out motor just outside the venue. Also, there is transport to get you in the town in the day.
P/s: there’s only 1 halal restaurant in the whole island so plan dinner in advance ‘cos getting ard at night can be scary (with the steep hills and dim lighting)

Comment:
1) Hair scattered in the room,
2) Bathroom mirror dirty with many toothpaste splatters,
3) Missing soap in the shower and after receiving it the soap dispenser was blocked / not working for sure from long time
4) Glass Shower Box opaque and speckled with limescale ( long time not cleaned )

Good location to break away from busy life. Far off from the main island pier and less crowded. Staff was friendly and room was comfy. Remember to ask for dental kit. The American breakfast is good. Dinner Thai food is good too. Must try! Very reasonable prices.

Останавливались с 3-7 июня 2024 года. Нам понравилось, вкусные завтраки, хороший пляж рядом с отелем. Уборка ежедневная. Каждые 30 минут от отеля ездит собственный трансфер до пирса и обратно. Обратите внимание, что останавливается трансфер возле храма рядом с Буддой то есть до пирса не доезжает метров 100. Возле отеля можно взять на покат мопед за 200 бат. Мопед не брали, но замечательно пользовались трансфером от отеля и тук ток. Прикреплю фото с расценками. Кафе возле отеля - отличная кухня и большие порции. Рекомендую Фиш энд чипс и клубный сендвич, отличные спагетти и супы. Все свежее и по доступным ценам. Имейте в виду, что горячей воды в душе нет вода выходит из опреснителя комфортной температуры. Отель в качестве основного для длительного отдыха не пройдет, но разнообразить отдых - отличный вариант. Погода радовала каждый день, загорели и накупались на все 100%!
С удовольствием приедем еще.
