The staff treated us like part of their family always a text away if we needed anything. This is an excellent hotel, if you’re coming to Koh Lanta then this is definitely worth staying at

Because the room I booked in Krabi was hard to describe, I wasted a night in the hotel and went directly to Lanta. The decision was correct, I like this island very much. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. I was out of breath on the first day climbing the stairs (I don’t exercise enough), but the room is very good, with a holiday atmosphere, a large terrace where you can lie down, and the hammock is also cozy and comfortable. The service is very good, there is laundry service, island hopping day tour booking, and boat ticket booking. There is a 7/11 nearby, and there are several restaurants with good taste. It is in the south of the island, 5 kilometers away from the national park and 5 kilometers away from the main beach. Rent a small motorcycle to travel freely. The hotel is also cost-effective and worth recommending

The first impression it gave us was luxurious and shocking! The most expensive room type of this hotel is unique on the same beach. In addition, even if you book a normal room, you can also enjoy the beautiful public swimming pool. What doesn't match its expensive price, however, is its service. Except for the proprietress, other staff, including the hotel front desk and restaurant waiters, could not communicate in English normally, which caused a lot of inconvenience during the check-in process. Regardless of the room type, even the 4,000-night villa pool room does not have any welcome fruit, or any other value-added services or small items to give you the feeling of a ”VIP”. The cleaning service of the room is not timely, it is embarrassing to always clean when the guests are there! And the cleaning is relatively sloppy, the table is not wiped... In addition, the breakfast buffet is mainly bread and eggs for Westerners, but there is no cheese, no cold cuts, and even jam and yogurt only have one flavor. I saw the disappointed eyes of other foreign customers. When we asked if there was an Asian breakfast, the waiter told us: sorry, no! Well... the same breakfast for four days in a row is a bit boring, and we also had very stale bread on the last day... In terms of drinking, there is no freshly squeezed juice, but fortunately, the freshly ground coffee in the hotel is really delicious. In addition, although there is only one employee on duty at the pool bar, the cocktails he made are really good, especially the mango daiquira recommended by the boss, which tastes amazing and tastes better than the first five-star hotel on the island we went to later. . Everyone must try it. In short, we still had a wonderful holiday in the hotel. After all, when traveling, mentality is very important. It's just that every time I think about the price we paid, I feel it's not worth it...

The beach access was unparalleled, with pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters just steps away. We indulged in delicious seafood at the hotel's beachfront restaurant, savoring every bite while watching the stunning sunsets. Overall, an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to return!

Went during low season so it may be a different experience. I was the only guest at the resort. Beautiful views and hermit crabs everywhere! Room was clean and simple. Left early because there was nothing to do and was not offered any activities such as island hopping etc. Breakfast not great and there are no other options on the island. Also they got my breakfast order wrong which was funny because I was the only guest at the resort how can you get one order wrong?

We had the best time at Twin Lotus. All employees are super nice & helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the rooms near the beach,very recommended. On arrival, we received a room that had no roof to its balcony, plus it was connected to another room. The reception staff was helpful & let us move to another room with the required balcony roof for the following 2 nights. Breakfast is good and varied. We chose to use the hotel's offers for a rented motorbike & and island hopping, although you can find it cheaper in town. But you can try and negotiate if you'd like. All in all, I highly recommend staying at the twin lotus hotel.

Warm and great hospitality. Fully pledged facilities at the resort. Well planned airport transfer which is seamless. Great food served everytime and attention to details even for family with young kids. Lush greenery and close to nature/seafront. Will definitely make a return trip with Pimalai. Great effort and well done, team Pimalai!

開始有點失望，因為在一個小巷子裏，進去有點曲折，鄉間小路碎石路，進去之後有兩排新建的單獨的小屋，但是住了兩天覺得性價比不錯，我們的房間可以直接對海看日落，出門兩步就是海灘，等下午還能去露出的礁石灘趕海，出門到哪都還方便，老闆和老闆娘人也很好很熱情，主動提供很多訊息和服務，早餐也挺好吃

Facilities The whole complex and setup of the resort was great, nice pool, nice beach front, nice restaurant, nice massage spa with reasonable prices and high quality service. Watching sunset from the beach front was such a relaxing experience. Again, pool was clean and well maintained, little path through the complex was enjoyable to walk, the trip agent near reception was helpful in every way, getting a scooter from them and return was seamless.
