酒店非常棒，老闆給升級了房間，私人泳池，帶廚房，臨近市場可以買東西回來加工食材，孩子們玩的不亦樂乎，下次還想再來

從碼頭過去150🐖一位，辦理入住在中間位置，關小姐人還不錯，帶我們去房間。説了注意事項，重要的就是提醒我們猴子，説猴子回來吃東西，把冰箱門鎖好，客廳不要放重要物品。我們都以為開玩笑的，結果真的，猴子很猖狂。猴子會翻垃圾桶，把椰子肉吃的乾乾淨淨，還進房間偷吃零食…所以出去一定要鎖好門。房間的廁所是露天的，而且會有蛇，我們都看到了，但很小。晚上回來，泳池邊還有超多的寄居蟹和蝸牛，壁虎。生態特別好，像動物園一樣，哈哈哈，酒店租摩託250🐖。

客廳和廚房都是在一個開放式的涼棚下 廚房用具一應俱全可以自己做些簡單的餐食 蚊香很齊全 一共兩個卧室兩個衞生間 很安靜也挺乾淨 就是洗手間太原生態半露天的 洗澡或者上廁所到一半會被雨水濺到 酒店提供碼頭接送服務以及付費租摩託車 猴子很多 需要小心

事實上除了kwun先生。 其他人都不怎麼微笑。 還不如賣泰國小吃的商販笑得燦爛。 作為一個定位比較高的酒店。 錢你收得開心的同時。 你的服務水準，你的衞生環境，你的地理位置，你的各項配套設施也要跟上。 其中服務人員的綜合素質非常重要。 同理心也很重要。 戴頭巾的女士（對白人微笑，對中國人冷漠），帶我們去到酒店房間。 有兩間空房，讓我們衹用其中一間房。 當然我們一家三口確實沒必要。 但不是你可以向我提出來的。 因為我默認付款的是整個房間的費用。 不管有幾間房我認為我有權利使用。（最後我們沒有使用因為不想讓打掃清潔的員工受累，確實我們也用不上） 因為定了下午五點去甲米機場。 所以酒店退房（下午2點）以後。酒店的BOSS安排了另外一個別墅給我們休息。非常感謝。 不過戴頭巾的前台女士，卻領我們到了沒有空調的客廳。 7月份還是很熱。這點讓我不舒服。 不知道是頭巾女士自己的主意，還是酒店boss的決定。 大家別噴我，住免費房還挑三揀四，前一天我直接提的是加錢延時退房多少錢。 kwun先生説免費。我才決定就在酒店休息的。。 如何當時知道價格太高或者沒有空調，我直接會單獨定一個價格便宜的酒店休息也沒關係。 原本boss的好心，被頭巾女士帶到客廳休息，我睡了又熱醒了。 難受。 後面又向boss申請了，去卧室有空調的間房睡。 酒店boss也同意了。 但不知道為什麼多出這一段曲折。 最後，我離開時，放了100泰銖給打掃房間的人。 下面放和boss的聊天截圖。 我實在沒辦法理解，既然給我免費休息的別墅，但又不給我空調房的操作是為了什麼。？ 最後再次感謝kwun先生的幫助。 謝謝。 下面是和酒店boss（也許是管理者）的微信對話。

房間如圖所示，物超所值，最讓人貼心的，是管家或者叫客房服務的工作人員，態度可親，細心關注，有求必應。提供烤具，還附送上電蚊拍，管家豐富的形體語言，瞬間逗樂了大家。以後來蘭塔島，必須再住，再去711買2盒蚊香，3塊多一盒，一天最少一盒，非常不錯，美麗蘭塔之行？

位置還可以,在蘭塔島中部。 設施比較老舊,清潔度一般,特別是馬桶。 服務還行。 如果懼怕蚊蟲、壁虎和猴子的,不要考慮入住。

可以自己做飯就是衝著這個去的，果然沒有今人失望，鍋碗瓢盆什麼都有，冰箱微波爐電飯鍋也有！租個摩託車每天250🐷，出了路口轉左3公里就在大路邊有本地人買菜的地方，各種蔬菜調料海蝦海魚都很好👍。別墅裏的泳池很小，4米x5米的樣子，適合小朋友玩水，服務很到位，有求必應，每天打掃衞生，別墅有些年頭了，但很自然舒適。

設施：泰國好像普遍都是牙膏牙刷自備 其它都有提供 蚊蟲較多但島上建議隨時噴好防蚊水 衞生：很乾凈 毛巾也是 環境：很棒！有一些友好的小動物比如猴子 所以記得鎖冰箱門 服務：免費租bbq烤架（煤炭另付）摩託車按24小時租 入住後加wx 隨問隨答

ยกให้เป็นที่สุดของ ที่พักแบบวิลล่า เหตุผลเพราะ 1. พนักงานบริการดีมาๆ ทั้งผู้จัดการ จนถึงพนักงาน 2.ห้องพัก สะอาด รวมถึงบริเวณพื้นที่ส่วนกลางภายในห้องพัก(นอกจากใบไม้ร่วงหล่นตามธรรมชาติ) 3. เงียบสงบ เหมาะแก่การมาพักผ่อนเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศ หรือ พาครอบครัวมาเที่ยว เนื่องจากมีที่ส่วนกลางให้นั่งพักผ่อน กว้างขวาง 4. อุปกรณ์ เครื่องใช้ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในครัว มีมาให้ครบหมด เช่นหม้อหุงข้าว ที่ปิ้งขนมปัง ไมโครเวฟ กาต้มน้ำ เครื่องชงกาแฟ จาน ช้อน แก้ว (เกินความคาดหมายมากๆ) 5. สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด น่าเล่น

Our family had such an amazing time at Alanta Villas. The villas themselves are just lovely - really comfy beds, super pool, beautiful gardens, constant wildlife visits (including monkeys which the kids loved) and the outdoor bathrooms made it feel really different to anywhere we’ve stayed before. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. They seriously went above and beyond like nothing we’ve experienced before. Truly exceptional service. This was my fourth trip to Thailand and was without doubt the best place I’ve stayed. Made us all fall in love with Thailand even more!

We chose this location bc of the villas having a living area, kitchen and small pool rather than just a hotel room. It was about a 7 min walk to Klong Khong Beach. A bit of hill to come back up so if you have mobility issues this is maybe not the place to stay. Better to stay right on the beach. To get to the beach go down path for Lazy Lodge - it’s almost directly across the street from Alanta’s driveway. Lots of places to eat super close by. And if u want to stay in u can order take away to be delivered Jen and her staff are amazing. EXCELLENT concierge service. They can pretty much set most things up for you - tours, car or scooter rentals, u can order delivery from local restaurants thru them using what’s app and several other messaging services The villa was amazing. I was a tad worried about the outdoor bathroom and mosquitos but it wasn’t really an issue. And I came to love the outdoor bathroom. The living area was super comfy as well. A large bottle of water was left daily as well as a plate of fresh fruit. Amazing stay. And I would def come back.
