Staff simply brilliant  Not pretentious, very attentive. Breakfast good, caters for all taste  Rooms perfect exactly what you’d expect  Pool area chilled, not to busy Couldn’t ask for anything more Tip - moped hire, great fun

The whole experience was lovely. A couple of days before our arrival, I contacted the hotel via chat, asking if they could prepare a surprise for my partner’s birthday, and they did! All staff were super friendly and helpful. I wish I could stay there longer.

去蘭塔島一定避坑的酒店！ 離店時遺落了一部蘋果耳機在房間，第一次聯繫酒店告知已找到，可以幫我發快遞到我回曼谷的酒店，後來就一直沒有消息了，當我第二次致電酒店催發貨時就告知我沒有找到過耳機了，我衹得通過攜程客服去與酒店溝通，不得不説攜程客服非常給力，很快就告訴我問題已經解決，酒店同意將耳機還給我，之後經過漫長的等待總算是拿回了我的耳機

我很感激建築設計師，你們把這家酒店造得很美，尤其是臨海的一卧泳池別墅美極了！它給我們的第一印象是奢華的、震撼的！這個酒店最貴的房型在同一片海灘上是獨一無二的。此外，就算你定的是普通房型，你也能享受美麗的公共的泳池。 然而，與其昂貴的價格並不相匹配的是它的服務。除了老闆娘，其他的員工包括酒店前台、餐廳服務員都無法用英語正常交流，導致入住過程諸多不便。不論是哪種房型，就連四千一晚的別墅泳池房也是沒有任何歡迎水果，或任何其他增值服務、小物品給您“貴賓”的感受。房間的清潔服務很不及時，總是在客人在的時候做清潔好尷尬！並且清潔做得比較馬虎，桌子都沒擦… 此外，自助早餐主要是針對西方人的麪包和雞蛋，但是沒有奶酪、沒有冷切肉，連果醬、酸奶都衹有一種口味，我是有看到其他老外顧客失望的眼神。當我們問及是否有亞洲早餐，服務員告訴我們：對不起，沒有！好吧…連續四天一成不變的早餐實在有點乏味，最後一天我們還吃到了非常不新鮮的麪包… 喝的方面，沒有鮮榨果汁，不過好在酒店的現磨咖啡是真的好喝。 此外，雖然泳池酒吧衹有一位員工當值，但是他做出來的雞尾酒確實不錯，尤其是老闆推薦的mango daiquira口感讓人驚喜，比我們後來去的島上第一名的某五星酒店更為好喝。大家一定要試一下。 總之，我們在酒店還是度過了美好的假期，畢竟旅遊在外，心態很重要。衹是每當想起我們付款的價格，內心就覺得不值呀……

整體感覺不是很好，到店check-in被告知近期酒店餐廳關閉，不能提供早餐，解決方案是每天給一定金額的酒水credit，但是我們表示不能接受，後來argue多次才同意退一定金額cash，但是比早餐價格還是要低一些，後來我們也勉強接受了。環境還ok，但是服務差強人意，停車不是很方便，整體不推薦。
