Amazing accomodation, friendly staff and a wonderful infinity pool. There were not many food options nearby, though.

Stayed for three nights. The place is gorgeous, the views are 5 stars. The rooms are already a little tired, the cleaning is C-grade, as everywhere else in Thailand where we stayed. The service was ok, they tried their best, there was a problem with the refrigerator, it wasn’t freezing, they replaced the refrigerator. A second air conditioner was missing.

Very nice hotel 1 It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach. You will pass by the only 711 in this area. It is very convenient to buy food and drinks on the way. The hotel's own restaurant has good food, and also has a special Chinese menu, and the prices are also friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't find out about it until the day I left. 2 The hotel staff are very friendly, especially the front desk for booking overseas trips, surrounding tours, and car prices at very favorable prices. I recommend giving it a try. 3 The room is very convenient. It has gas, pots, tableware, as well as an induction cooker and a bread machine. There is no problem at all in making something by yourself. It’s great to book the pool when there are less people there. 4 There are many insects around the room. I saw lizards, geckos and a lot of birds. I also saw some ants in the corners of the room. I need to pay attention to killing insects. Sometimes the wind would carry the smell of the garbage dump below, which was a little embarrassing. Overall, it's a very good hotel. We gained an unforgettable and happy memory. We will try to stay here again next time.

This hotel is on the side of the road on a hillside. It is still difficult to carry luggage to the upper room. The slope is a bit steep. There is a swimming pool in the middle of the hotel with a beautiful view. The room is large and comfortable and the price is very good! Turn right 5 minutes after the hotel goes out to eat and 711.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. The room is very comfortable. It is not far from the beach. There are many small restaurants around. There is also a 711 hotel where you can enjoy the mountain view and sea view at the same time. The young lady at the front desk is very friendly and the cats in the store are also very good.

There is a living room and a kitchen. The room is very large, but there are too many ants. The next morning, I found a lot of ants crawling on the bed (some videos cannot be uploaded). The order cannot be canceled, so I can only stay for two days. Do not leave food on tables and kitchen countertops. Walk at least ten minutes to the beach. Going to a hotel four kilometers away, garb does not support this area, the front desk helps to find a car, the fare is 40 baht, speechless.

+ friendly staff, but it's better to book a taxi somewhere else + View - Villa very dated - Lack of complete basic cleaning - broken sockets - Tiles in the pool are falling off -Bathroom very dirty and much more… the village is also dirty everything overpriced Conclusion: would not recommend and would definitely not come back

Restaurant should improve The other parts are good.

The house is very beautiful. The location is on the mountain, the view is beautiful, the service is good, but the only disadvantage is that there is nothing at all. Things that hotels should have, such as coffee and toothbrushes, are not available. You have to call and ask for coffee. We rent a 3-bedroom house that can accommodate 6 people. We only asked for 3 sets of coffee. The employee responded that it was true that there was no coffee available. You only have to buy it. We're confused. The rent per night is almost 6,000. But there is no coffee provided. As for breakfast, there's no need to mention it. You still have to buy more coffee. Rented food is the same. The hot water bottle is broken and you have to call and tell the staff to come and replace it.

This hotel caters itself to Muslim families -, and I think that dissuades some types of Westerners in wanting to stay, but the hotel is welcoming to guests of any religion and families. We travelled there during low season/wet season, we seemed to be the only guests. We loved this hotel very much. The hotel gave us a stunning hotel with the best view. Stayed in a family complex with private pool - so lovely - Big, beautiful rooms. It was massive and the staff are so friendly and accommodating!! Being in a developing nation, we experienced some short regional blackouts at night and there seemed to be no backup generator on site, so got very hot. Note the walk up to some of the villas is up a steep incline and it can be hard if you are unfit. The hotel close to beautiful forest / national park, and great coastal views. You are also able to hire a motorbike or scooter on the island which is a fun activity to do when getting around!

Rented a 2 bedroom villa with private pool. Pool was amazing clean with with possibility to turn on water jets. The amazing thing was an incredible view. The rest was near and served very well cooked Thai food. The breakfast was also good you could choose between English, American and special breakfast. We did experience a rat on the roof but they handled the problem and discounted some of our food as compensation. The staff was very friendly and polite and the helped us fix a pair of trousers for free.

What a find! This place is nestled up on the side of the hill with amazing views. It is a very steep hill so not for those with mobility problems, however the lovely staff gave us a lift up the hill with our luggage! (Lifesaver!) The staff are absolutely standout, so so friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was great, large living/kitchen area, bathroom, separate bedroom and big balcony with sea views. The pool area was very quiet and tranquil. All just a 5 min walk away from shops/restaurants/bars and the beautiful beach. (Maybe a 10 min walk back UP the hill though!) Not entirely sure why there aren't more recent TripAdvisor reviews of this place but we would highly recommend this place - amazing staff, amazing views and great value for money (remember this isn't a 5* resort!)

Our stay at Puteri lanta Family was fabulous. Everything was perfect. we had a large two bedroom villa, firm and very comfortable beds, large and very clean bathroom. we had 2 balconies. the swimming pool with a view of the sea and the mountains was very beautiful. several amenities were also available: swing, deck chair and ottoman. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the beach and the small village. The staff was very kind always ready to help us. the restaurant was very very good. The best in the area. try the papaya salad! truly an extraordinary stay. I recommend it ! we will come back
