The place is comfortable, strategic and the room is clean and cool according to the order but parking is a bit complicated but there are officers who help with the breakfast menu a little and what I experienced yesterday was the availability of the room was quite long even though Check in was at 15.00 WIB the room was not ready plus there were no towels until I waited a long time 🙄 that's the only minus, hopefully it will be fixed

Our second, and definitely not last, stay at Bobopod. The pods are extremely cozy, and the wall control panel works excellently. Bathrooms are nice and clean with good personal space.

Plesantly surprised by this hotel. Location is perfect with lots of cafes and eateries within walking distance. Room is big with 2 queen beds, perfect for the family. City view is nice, and the balcony is a plus point. The only setback is that the pipe for the toilet bowl leaks and there is a constant pool of water there, which could also be slippery and is dangerous. Maintenance could be improved.

This is the second night's stay on this trip. It is located in the center of Malang, almost the city center. Next door is the famous heritage hotel TU GU HOTEL (it is also a museum hotel that can be visited inside) and outside is the local most popular hotel. The main square TU GU SQUARE, the room I stayed in was less than 150 per night, including two breakfasts. The biggest shortcoming of this hotel is that the room is too old, and the noise from air conditioning and other equipment is obvious, but this hotel is more of a bonus and needs to be rated high. 9 points. The interior of the hotel, corridors, doors, interior furnishings, etc. are full of strong Javanese style. The seats, shadow puppet images, old photos, text, etc., you can tell from the moment you open it that it is a very local hotel, not a so-called ”modern” hotel. , the bed in the two-person room is a bit narrow, and the furniture in the room is obviously from a lot of age. The room is about 20 square meters, not spacious, and the bathroom is also an old-fashioned bathtub furnishings instead of the current bathroom equipment that mainly uses showers; breakfast is another surprise, hot dishes , hot soup, Western-style bread, rice, fried rice, desserts (red bean, coconut milk and sago), fruits, coffee, tea, etc. are all available. This breakfast is also a bonus, and it also concludes the hotel's summary, ”Superior value”!

A pleasant surprise, highly recommended. The hotel is like a cultural museum that integrates European and Asian cultures. The founder collected antiques from all over the world and displayed them according to different themes, which are of great ornamental value. The restaurant is also good, providing 24-hour breakfast and afternoon tea

The hotel is nice, it is a good location to go to mount bromo, ijen and taking a trip to the waterfalls. There are no shops nearby unfortunately, so had to use grab and Gojek. The room was a little dirty, but it’s ok. The bed is reallly comfortable and also have an English movie channel on the tv. Staff are super friendly and I would stay here again.

Room was clean and tidy, the hotel itself is very pretty with European style decoration. Food in the restaurant tasted good. Overall great value for money

While i agree that the location is OK, near to Malang Station. It's not spacious even for two people. Not recommended for more than 1 because it's not spacious for travellers. Also, when i asked for Iron + board, the hotel says they don't provide it. if you want , they have service for that and you must paid for it. so much for 3 or 4 stars hotel.

Should be better off being marketed as a 3 Star hotel instead of 4. Checking-in was a breeze, but they do not bother helping with moving luggages. The doorman would just look at you. The room was big. The corridor isn’t carpeted, so you can hear doors slamming and people talking outside your room rather clearly. They do have comfortable bed and pillows though. There was no safety deposit box in my room. Called housekeeping, and a chap brought in the metal box... while hugging it. The box was light. He just placed it on a shelf, and walked away. I mean, what's the use of having a light, moveable safe? It's okay. 3 stars hotel experience. Was told that the hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing board and guests can use their ironing service for a fee of course instead. Reminds me of some budget hotel stay instead of any other normal 4 stars hotels. The cleanliness was abysmal, honestly showering in public would be a better choice. I could not walk around inside there barefooted. The shower floor was slimy, with mould growing on the walls. It was unacceptable for being rated as a 4 star hotel. Service was good though. Everyone seems eager to please. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent as it's connected to a mall. Amenities wise just needs more sprucing up. Alright stay but for the price, there are other alternatives that can provide better.

Great room! Very clean hotel and well located in Malang. I didn't try the breakfast but the buffet looked diverse. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
