It’s a bit remote from downtown however the service including breakfast & room space were excellent, must try the fish & it’s flavorful enough to enjoy it with some bread~ Moreover, it’s just nearby the harbor to the Curonian Spit National park, incredible view with convenient route~

Came over on the ferry from Kiel and the hotel was perfect for me as it was conveniently just a short walk from the Ferry Terminal , friendly staff who spoke English and a lovely clean room with a great view of the port area , breakfast was ok not amazing but it was free and did the job , the hotel looks like it’s had a renovation as it’s so clean and new , would definitely recommend if your visiting klaipeda 🇱🇹

This was the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Staff friendliness has improved since past visits but the food has gone down. The menu is the same as it was 12 months ago which is minimal in choice, but the quality of the food has become poor. The hot food for breakfast is usually 30mins late coming out and is not hot at all. Bacon, sausages and beans were cold every morning. Rooms are still very clean. Something to be aware of staying in this hotel is how close it is to the train line to the port. Rooms on the seaward side will be subject to the banging and crashing of trains from 10pm and well in to the early hours.

The location is not the prettiest on the outskirts, however for us arriving by ferry it was really convenient, very close to the new ferry terminal as well. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and there was a very good breakfast. Overall very good and excellent value for money.

From start to finish we had a wonderful stay, the staff was super helpful, the room clean and comfy, excellent location and I would go as far as saying one of the best hotel breakfasts we ever had - everything was right up our street. Unbeatable value for money.

It is situated in a very industrial area, the rooms are the most bleak and soulless rooms that I have ever experienced. The colour scheme is grey and white. There are two chairs in the room (like kitchen chairs) there is no sofa or armchair. There is no storage in the bathroom, there is one container with shower gel / shampoo in the shower. No conditioner supplied. So disappointing for those of us who need to use conditioner on our hair. The curtains are very poor quality, they don’t block out the light. No shower cap is provided, there is no tea and coffee making facilities. There is air con which works but there is no safe in the room. Breakfast was ok, a reasonable selection of hot and cold foods.

Great 3* Hotel near the Centre of Town by the Harbour. Nice Rooms, which are extremely clean. Bedding Clean, bed comfortable. Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner available at the Hotel Restaurant. Extremely friendly helpful staff. For me little disabled its a quiet walk of say 15/20 minutes to the AKROPOLIS Mall. I use this Hotel when I visit Lithuania, always EXTREMELY SATISFIED with service.

I stayed at the hotel for a week whilst on a business trip. I found most the staff to be cold and unfriendly, one particular male receptionist quite rude and it was obvious he didn't want to be there. On a positive note, the hotel is very clean, rooms are a decent size, beds comfortable and the food at the restaurant for dinner is very good and presented well. Although a small menu, everything I ordered was excellent and not expensive. Breakfast was ok and a buffet type, nothing special but had enough variation for most people. I would stay there again 100%, its a very reasonably priced hotel, clean and with good food, the grumpy staff didn't really bother me, but it may bother some...

Nice modern hotel with easy access to downtown via bus and immediately adjacent to the ferry. Only complaint is that walls were not insulated sufficiently. Felt like I heard everything on my floor all night long. Good breakfast and competent staff.

I suppse Ibis-Accor auditors did claim a bit more than the permanent noise from the container port but this fact can't be changed. Design isnot all for Accor! However they continue under "Aurora" on their own without international chain marketing support.

A basic but decent hotel. Sufficient to stay for two nights while being away for the job during day time. A small desk does allow a bit of work for a limited period of time. Shower is nice and comfortable, bed/matras is poor, the springs can be felt and requested an additional duvet to add an additional layer on top of the matrass. Staff is friendly, parking is free. Breakfast is basic. Room was clean. No fridge or kettle etc in the room

A great place to stay in Klaipeda the hotel is really totally IBIS interiors but for a 3 star ⭐️ is extremely good. I have stayed at this hotel frequently and can only HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. The staff are extremely helpful I was in Klaipeda visiting family and changed my dates on numerous occasions thanks to Gintara, Natalija and Lukas at reception. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Bar and restaurant staff nothing was a problem for them. Hotel breakfast plenty of variety for those who cannot find anything to eat at Breakfast, obviously just complaining for nothing. Dinner menu is limited but is ok as you are within 15 mins walking distance to AKROPOLIS MALL. Rooms are very clean housekeeping available on request which I personally I like. Beds are comfortable if you’re staying like myself for long stays you can call house keeping to clean room and change linen. Location is good as I said previously it’s a short walk to main shopping mall. Short bus ride to Old Town and near the Nida ferry boat. All in All HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if your not looking for 5 star ⭐️ service in a 3 star ⭐️ Hotel
