A beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff and amazing breakfast big family rooms new clean and friendly staff the hotel location us amazing close to the lake and river the food is amazing and the hotel very clean I recommend this hotel for families and groups

Poor communication and no air conditioning
They did not answer our question before we arrived.
An automatic message informs us (few days before) that the main building is air-conditioned but the others are not. I send a message (5 days before, during this period our reservation can be canceled free of charge) to find out where our room will be and if there is air conditioning... no answer.
I inform them that we have an 8 month old baby and that it is important for us to have air conditioning.
When we arrived, the receptionist could not find a solution because the hotel was full.
Maybe if you read your customers' message first, you can find a solution before they arrive. And if there is no availability, we understand and modify our choice of hotel.
It's August, it's very hot and we haven't slept well as a result (adults and babies alike). I recommend that you choose a hotel with air conditioning.
If you have a special request, no one can help you.
Additionally, there is no equipment for disabled people, strollers or heavy luggage.
However, the beakfast is good.
The beach is cool but not at the front of the hotel, you have to cross the road.
We will not come back.

Hotel description and website are misleading
This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). After a long drive we arrive to the hotel only to find that the spa is closed during summer, receptionist explained that they would open the spa on request. We requested the spa only be denied by the owner. The owner not only denied access to the spa, she also loudly yelled at us in Austrian. Definitely a bad experience that broke our mood the final day of the trip. Won’t be stopping here again.

The hotel is very comfortable for a trip to the lake and surounding area as also to visit Klagenfurt. The room we got was good size and we had also a large balcony that was very appriciated. Parking place is available for free and a good starting point for excursions. Bus station is in front of the hotelso it was easy to use public transport to go to the city and avoid traffic. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very pleasent and prompt to help, it is a small hotel so the same persons are mostly doing more jobs but it was good as we was confident to ask for any kind of needs. We want to thank especialy Martina.

Very beautifully located typical Austrian hotel with a great money-for-service/experience ratio! Everything was very good and we will definitely stay there again should we be in the Klagenfurt area. The hotel-owned restaurant was superb, as was the breakfast buffet. All was clean and tidy, parking space available as well. But best of all is the hotel-private access to a side arm of the Wörthersee, with free swimming opportunity and free to use pedal boats - definitely a high recommendation to try that out in your spare time!

Für Durchreise geeignet nicht für Urlaub
Es war Solala, für den Preis hätte ich viel mehr erwartet. Unsere Zimmer war in Nebengebäude zweite Stock, Blick auf Innenhof, personal zu laut, am Abend Lärm von Küche, Dusche fließt nicht ab, und der Strand ist nicht auf Gelände, Muss man zufuß hingehen
Nächste Mal buchen wir wo anders
Und die zwei Zimmer was ich nebeneinander haben wollte, waren in verschiedenen Gebäude, bei der Buchung angegeben vor 3 Monaten
