Aroma Butik Hotel

Arrived on site after 1am and provided a bungalow with the bathroom window broken/ ripped out. We did not feel safe and eventually after a further hour was moved to an alternative bungalow. No fire alarm, no telephone and no safe even though advertised and no fridge in the new room. Took us 2x days to get a working fridge in the room. Hotel does not provide drinking water, you have to pay. When enquiring about the safe the manager requested we give him our passports and money as he has a safe Urmmm no !!! There was plenty of bugs but can’t blame the hotel, we had to request the bedding was changed - it wasn’t so we had to remove the bedding the following day and ask again. We kept track of what we were spending at the bar but the bill on departure was higher. Managed to get 4 euros off the bill but there was still a €20 charge for vodka …. A double was advertised as €8 so how was the bill €20 was defo not doubles I was served, I had 2 vodkas in total, got frustrated and paid the bill. Food wise is repetitive and breakfast is regurgitated for lunch and dinner regurgitated for breakfast. Made the best of it but would not go back

We have just returned from the aroma butik hotel in kizilot and I’m afraid to say it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at 😢 we arrived late on the evening and were told there was a problem with our rooms, we were taken to another property which at best I would say it was a youth hostel (that was in a campsite) and told we would be collected the following morning. We were left at the hotel, no water, or drink offered, the room was dirty, dirty ashtray, ants all over 🤢 there was 3 adults and a 15 year old in our party in one room with 1 single and a double bed!! So our 15 year old had to share with us…..not ideal! We were collected the following morning and took back to the hotel. Our rooms still weren’t ready! We were told to have breakfast and then our rooms would be ready. One room was ready after breakfast and we had to wait till after lunchtime until the 2nd room was ready. The food was terrible, for breakfast it was oatmeal, potatoes etc, no water was offered (had to pay) bread with jam and butter. The evening meals were no better, we only ate there twice as it was so bad and we are not fussy eaters! Again the only drinks offered were Turkish tea and coffee, no water was offered unless you paid! We had to ask for clean towels and for the rooms to be cleaned otherwise I think we would still be waiting! We had no blinds or curtains in our room, the only mirror was in the bathroom so you had to dry your hair in the bathroom stood on a wet floor as it was a wet room!! There was cables exposed, stains on the ceilings, mould on the curtains, wardrobe doors hanging off their hinges. Bedding had holes in it and didn’t feel clean, towels were stained despite being washed. Shower was barely warm unless you showered in the middle of the day!! Constant power cuts, WiFi sporadic. If you want to go on any excursions either book before you go or expect to pay at least 60 euro round trip in a taxi to get anywhere. The closest shop is close by but you have to cross a VERY BUSY FAST motorway to access it from the hotel. Very scary! This hotel at best is a 1 star budget hotel . Advertise it as that then fine but this is definitely not 3 star I’m afraid.

On arrival half our family group had to check into another hotel for the night at 2am. At 9am they were woken to return to the hotel for breakfast but their room was still not ready and we met other families who had the same issue or who did not have the number of beds booked in their room. They were left waiting until 2/3 pm with no communication about the expected wait and no replacement facilities to wait in, except shared areas. Even then there was only one single bed rather than the expected two until evening. And the dusty floor was only cleaned after the second bed was delivered. The room that was initally ready, was filthy with stains on bedding, filthy marks on the floor and a worm in the bathroom (like a small tapeworm). When we raised this the owner /manager was abrupt and dismissive. It took persisted and frequent complaints to get someone to look and then further chasing for the bottom sheets and blankets to be changed. Who wants to be that person on holiday? But it was nasty and things had to change and we couldn't stay like that. Staff were polite and friendly, on the whole but service was minimal and below minimum expected standards (basic cleaning throughout stay on request, there were no repairs to blocked shower). I loved the quiet location and enjoyed the breakfast. We would not recommend this hotel until they resolved their customer service and issues with room repairs.

Direct review from the hotel. I am currently on vacation in Aroma. I'm writing a real review. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. There is nowhere to go out in the evening and nothing to do. The sea is good. The beach is accessible, but the advantages end here, as there are not enough sun beds after today's check-in.- there are only 10 sun beds on the beach. The main disadvantages of this hotel are 1. -there is no refrigerator in the room! Food is scarce and even if you decide to go to the market and buy food yourself, you will have nowhere to put them in storage. 2.- there is no drinking water in the room, even upon arrival!!! Нет холодильника в номере и питьевой воды! Прямой отзыв из отеля. Нахожусь сейчас на отдыхе в Ароме. Пишу реальный отзыв. Отель тихий, спокойный. Вечером выйти некуда и заняться нечем. Море хорошее. Пляж в доступности, но здесь плюсы заканчиваются , так как после сегодняшнего заселения не хватает лежаков.- лежаков всего 10штук на пляже. Главные минусы этого отеля- 1. -нет холодильника в номере! Питание скудное и даже, если Вы решите съездить на рынок и закупиться продуктами самостоятельно, Вам их некуда будет положить на хранение. 2.- нет питьевой воды в номере , даже по приезду!!! 3.- еда однообразная. Если на завтрак еще можно что то сьесть из яиц. То в обед и на ужин одни соевые котлетки и куриные кости!- кости в буквальном смысле были поданы в качестве еды! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Очень жадный и скупой владелец отеля! Видимо, рассчитывает на то, что народ проголодается и будет покупать у него гамбургеры за 5 долларов! В шаговой доступности один супермаркет, в котором нет еды, одни чипсы... В следующий раз не поедем сюда, однозначно!

This hotel is absolutely filthy, both me and my partner were shocked by the amount of bugs crawling around the room as well as cobwebs with beasties caught in them. The bedsheets felt very greasy and when we asked to get them cleaned they said they would but never did. The owner was playing very loud music outside at the bar late at night and when I asked him if he could please turn it off he refused and said it was for his other customers of which there were none outside. We saw no cleaner the whole time we were there. The breakfast was very poor with no choice of drinks other than tea. On night 2 I woke up with flea bites around my neck in the morning so we couldn’t stay there any longer and checked out early to go get another hotel. I could go on and on but honestly save yourself and do not book this hotel

Good location, very close to beach. Food is not that great, same dinner almost every night. No water offered with any meal have to buy own from bar which cost 10 times the normal shop price. No kettle or fridge or an iron in the room. Have to request fridge which took 2 days to work. Even through bedroom cleaning was requested the bedding was never changed. Don't use the taxi from the hotel all related and charge lot more instead use the bus which is very cheep and reliable and you can catch it right outside the hotel. if you need to exchange money don't do it at hotel go into town centre . hotel will offer you very low rate.

Отдыхали с подругой в сентябре 24 года.Идеальный отдых!. Отличный отель, уютный и чистый. Рядом с морем, в шаговой доступности. Множество плюсов для себя нашли: Домашняя, вкусная еда диетическая практически. Все только полезное и никогда не будешь голодный, брали только завтраки и ужины-это идеальное сочетание на жаре. Не надо занимать лежаки по утрам. Народа очень мало живет в мини-отеле. Это очень большой плюс- нет толпы и очередей за едой и на пляже всегда есть много места. Плаж шикарный, огромный. Места много. Есть натяжные тенты. Море чистейшее, теплейшее. Никакой суеты, тихий спокойный отдых. В номера никто не ломится с приборкой, когда спим днем. Никто не пристает. Персонал воспитан отлично. Хозяин деловой и серьезный человек, всегда всех контролирует. Было ощущение что мы в деревне, в частном доме отдыхаем. Весь отель утопает в соснах и эвкалиптах. Много зелени кругом. Дышится превосходно. Рядом трасса проходит, но это совершенно не мешает спать по ночам, как белый шум, наоборот успокаивает. В номерах есть все что необходимо, кровати, телевизор, душ, унитаз,шкаф, балкон. Что еще нужно? Кондиционер включаем только когда нас нет в номере, чтобы было прохладно, когда приходишь с пляжа. Нам было очень комфортно, уютно и спокойно. Отдых был такой, на какой и рассчитывали. Остались всем довольны. Приедем еще не раз)))

Очень плохое питание, некачественная еда и бедное меню, еды не хватало на всех. Рыбу не подавали совсем, курицу - 2 раза маленькими кусочками. помидоры гнилые. За 9 дней в номере убрали 1 раз. Даже мусор все туристы выносили сами из номеров. Чтобы выбить нормальный номер при поселении, надо потратить кучу времени, нервов, привлекать туроператора - и не факт, что удастся поселиться нормально. Были случаи, люди отказывались жить в непригодных условиях и уезжали. Море хорошее. Пляж огромный.

Отель не соответствует описанию . Отвратительная еда . Непонятно кто присвоил этому отелю 3 звезды . Плохо все . Хамский персонал и хозяин . Не тратьте деньги на него - отдых будет гарантированно испорчен. Еда - отдельный вид издевательства над гостями
