Avoid Asteria Bloom Hotel – Completely Misleading and Unhygienic! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same disappointment. Asteria Bloom Hotel was advertised as adults only, which was the main reason I booked it. However, upon arrival, it was clear this was completely false – the place was full of kids running around, screaming in common areas and by the pool. It felt more like a family resort than a peaceful, adults-only retreat. To make matters worse, the reception staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Every question felt like an inconvenience to them, and basic requests were met with attitude or ignored altogether. The elevators were constantly out of service, forcing guests to carry luggage up and down stairs – unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. And the worst part: I found a used plaster contaminated with blood in my room. That level of negligence is not only disgusting, it's a serious health hazard. When I reported it, the staff didn’t even apologize – they acted like it wasn’t a big deal! I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone. False advertising, rude service, faulty facilities, and dangerously unhygienic conditions. Save your money and your peace of mind – book elsewhere.

Some of the reviews made us abit sceptical about booking the hotel but we're glad we did. The food isn't great but theres plenty of it. Always fruit and dessert available but not the best for main courses in our opinion. The Aircon in the room was brill, I wasn't sure how to work it when I got there (3am) and they came and showed me with no issues and was Ice cold for the rest of the week. The rooms are a good size and the beds were comfy, the balcony was a decent size and overlooking the sun, pool and sea was great. The staff are absolutely great, Yeunus was very attentive and is an absolute asset. Cansu is an extremely helpful, lovely person and they really made an positive impact on our stay. Was always a place at the beach and the hotel never really seemed overcrowded. The was plenty of watersports available at the beach for extra.

My daughter and her boyfriend are there at the minute through easyJet holidays and the staff seem to struggle to understand them and simple things like requesting an iron is a challenge . The food is inedible and my daughter is 5 months pregnant which the easyJet rep and the hotel are aware of . They were told that they cannot move them due to the food not being to their preference . They spend since Monday trying to reach easyJet but they keeping ringing off . Absolute shambles of a set up and my daughter is stressed enough without her holiday being absolutely rubbish.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for for a quiet weekend. It’s not very big, but it’s very clean and decorated with care. The staff were always friendly and helped us with all our questions. We especially liked the small garden behind the hotel — perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Overall, a pleasant stay at a fair price.

Yunus and Asel perfect service and amazing team who are friendly and make me feel very welcome and happy. They were easy to communicate with and accommodating. They did not let me feel out of place and gave me friendly suggestions when it came to food to really experience turkish cuisine

Good foodd, nice people, good entertainment. Mustafa was especially nice! The hotel was as good as I remember it. Nice staff, friendly people. The sea was also very nice. Rooms are okay, the bathrooms could be a little bit more clean. Drinks are good!

Staying at this hotel was a major mistake, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a 5-star experience. Here are some key issues we encountered: Food: Extremely poor variety. The grill bar offered meat that tasted like flammable liquid, soups were overly salty, salads drowned in vinegar, and overall, the food was cold most of the time. Drinks: Very limited selection only local drinks were available. No cocktails or soft drinks worth mentioning. Rooms: The rooms themselves were acceptable, but the bathrooms lacked basic amenities like shower gel and had an unpleasant smell. Housekeeping was below standard. The mini fridge contained only water, no soft drinks. The air conditioner was present but definitely not working. If you didn’t pay for a sea view, you ended up with a view of a construction site, complete with early morning noise. Entertainment: Very poor. Almost no daytime activities. Evening shows were repetitive, playing the same songs every night, mostly in Russian. Staff: Service needs serious improvement. Staff were often unhelpful, not particularly friendly, and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Facilities: The hotel advertises two restaurants, but only one was open and even that barely qualified as a restaurant in terms of service and variety. Misleading Information: Our travel agency listed this hotel as adults-only, but there were clearly families with children staying here. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price. It falls far short of a 5-star rating and should absolutely be downgraded. A very disappointing experience.

My wife and I are just home from a week holiday. The hotel is clean, Pool is great. Staff all friendly, especially Murat the barman. He was friendly and always a smile on his face. Great at his job. The food was good with plenty of choice. Night entertainment was lively and right up our street! Snack bar was fresh and delicious in the afternoon. The stray cats were annoying as we are not cat people. A La Carte was down on the beach and very good. Parts of hotel on 6th floor need upgraded. The room is spacious and bed comfy. The hotel is good value for money and overall we enjoyed our stay.
