Beautiful place…Excellent customer service,it was vey refreshing to stay here,please don’t hesitate,the staff will make you feel at home and everyone is very warm.The rooms are very clean and feels like home away from home.I am definitely coming back to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and facilities , lovely food and exceptional staff, nothing is too much trouble. Spectacular beach and sunrise, the sea is warm, great snorkelling, swimming with dolphins, the spice trip is a must, a real bucket list destination and hotel.

Amazing hotel with the most amazing and polite staff I’ve ever experienced ☺️ We felt like kings there . Very spoiled ☺️The food was beyond expectations, such a delicious dishes I’ve never tasted such a good coffee The room was very clean and luxury .

A nice resort with a beautiful beach and ocean. It was great that we could rent windsurfing equipment for free and also a kanue. All of the staff were always very friendly and you will always be greeted with „Jambo“ and a smile. If a problem accrued (AC broke down) it got fixed right away. The food in the resort was always good and the Menu changed frequently. Cocktails, drinks and water were always delivered even though we were close to the beach and a few meters away from the bar. In the resort we were able to book trips to different locations all over Zanzibar. We had always nice trip guides and the drivers were always very kind. Overall this was a vacation on a beautiful island my girlfriend and I were not left open with any wishes. A perfect place to spend your holiday!

Amazing hospitality, great service. Was happy that the service teams remembered my name and recognized I was a repeat guest. My family received wonderful kingly service. Beautiful clean beach with no disturbance from people, we enjoyed our beach walks, swim and kayaking in peace. Tasty meals, great selections and variety, very fresh fruits and juices. I was fully cared as I have a sensitive tummy and food allergies. We loved the themed dinners. Enjoyed our relaxing and beauty sleep on the big comfy beds with cozy plush fluffy pillows. It was my 3rd stay at Bluebay and I still can't get enough of it. For sure I will visit again and again! Thanks to the management for having diligent team members who exceeded our expectations. The staff offer an true African hospitality. Amazing that the GM is always available for all guests. I appreciate Dass, Aldonis, Jimmy, Christabell, Aziz and all made our stay special. It was best holiday ever!

A really pleasant stay at BlueBay. Very good facilities in a nice environment (wonderful beach just in front), great services (spa, gym, water equipment, etc.) and food (super quality buffet and great "a la carte"), a caring and kind team. Super place to go.

What a truly wonderful experience. Our first time in Zanzibar and just wow……. The Bluebeach is a stunning property with a heavenly location and setting - breathtaking views at all times of the day. The rooms are large, clean well appointed and relaxing. The food is diverse, never ending and fantastic. But what makes this place so special, what makes me want to tell everyone about it - is the staff. Never before have I met and been looked after by people so kind, attentive, genuine and happy. The gardeners, the waiting staff, the receptionists, housekeeping. Just every one is amazing. They say what you remember in life is how you feel……. I check out today and I feel sad. But I take amazing memories and stories. I will indeed tell all. And I hope I will be back one day. A brilliant place with lovely people.
