Wonderful and lovely hotel for a stay in Kitzbühel. Authentic place, very friendly staff and big breakfast menu. Nothing missed, everything clean, super-friendly, great location,directly next to the famous "Hahnenkamm" Bahn. Recommendable for winter and summer stays.

I just returned from a week at the Kaiserhof with the Ski Club of Washington DC. I am very experienced with skiing in Europe and I have to say this hotel is one of the best located hotels I’ve experienced. You can practically crawl out of bed and onto the Hahnenkamm lift it is so close. The hotel staff is amazing—special mention goes to George the Restaurant Manager, and Sarah at the front desk. The quality of food is superb. I have no suggestions for improvement it was such a great stay, even though it was not the best year for snow. Kitzbühel is also a gingerbread Alpine town, which one does not find in larger resorts like Chamonix or Corcheval. Yet, you still get the level of Apres Ski that one would find at the larger resorts. My experience at the Kaiserhof is easily five stars.

My wife and I stayed for 8 days in September 2024. Great base for a visit to Kitzbuhel, modern comfortable rooms and delightful breakfast. Convenient location next to the Hahnenkahm gondola, and no associated noise issues. Staff are helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again

Best located at Hahnenkamm station, 5 minutes walking to the walking street of old town in Kitzbuhl . Friendly staff, easy check in process, delicious food. I’ve been there ten consecutive years for skiing. Keiserhoff hotel is like my winter home.

This is a fantastic hotel. it is perfect for families and for traveling solo. Location is superb, the staff is courteous, professional and the level of service is exceptional. Clean and comfortable- all of the staff is versed in English and able to engage in conversations. No matter what question I asked, there was someone there to support me and to ensure that all of my needs were met. The food and wait staff at all meals were amazing; especially the breakfast menu offers a range of foods that will satisfy every palate. Kaiserhof is next to the Hahnenkamm cable car for easy access in both summer and winter and the hotel is also next to the train station stop for Hahnenkamm. Amazing place and I will go back

Great Hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Room (very modern) and bed quality were excellent. Breakfast offering is outstanding and evening meals were really of gormet standard. Price performance is hard to beat. Really looking forward to our next visit.

I stayed here for 3 nights while walking in the Kitzbuhel area (Kitzbuhel is an excellent centre for Alpine walking being between the mountains Kitzbuhel Horn at 6500 feet and Hahnenkamm at 5600 feet). The Kaiserhof is an absolutely first class hotel. It is ideally placed in a beautiful spot just above the Hahnenkamm cable car station, and local buses and trains are less than 5 minutes walk. A ten minute walk takes you to the centre of the beautiful, atmospheric little town. My accommodation was a superior double room with balcony and private bathroom, and was super spacious. The views were over green meadows surrounded by Alps and were just beautiful. Every single one of the staff were lovely and welcoming and spoke excellent English. The food was a real feast! I would certainly recommend Kitzbuhel for a walking holiday and if I was lucky enough to stay again it would definitely be at the impressive Kaiserhof Hotel. Thank you for such a lovely holiday.

Newly decorated rooms with private balcony and gorgeous Mountain views. Centrally located to the beautiful old town area. Customer service from all hotel staff was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced! We highly recommend this property.

This is the second visit to this wonderful hotel. It is just out out of the centre but very close to the underground and trams run regularly on main road. Our rooms had everything we could possibly need including a shoehorn and umbrella! This shows the care that has been put in to provide comfort for its guests. The whole hotel sparkles as it is very well maintained. The good range on the breakfast buffet is enhanced with a glass of ‘bubbles’ which you can pour yourself. All the staff were helpful, friendly with a smile for everyone. I look forward to returning. Top tip - buy a cake from the kitchen to remind you of this excellent hotel.
