For the price I have absolutely no complaints. Got better than expected. The front desk was extremely helpful and maid service was there if I needed. Except for the time it takes to get my deposit back. A different place I stayed recently I had my deposit back in an hour after checkout.

Vicinity of my daughter and granddaughter. Room was OK, a little musty smell in halls and room but lowering air conditioning helped to eliminate. Bed was comfortable and lots of soft pillows. If you're there to watch TV...don't go there. The television is about the size of a computer monitor, although they have lots of channels. Did not use any other amenities but would stay again.

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

A cost-effective hotel, because the room rate is cheap, there is a microwave oven this praise, everything else is quite satisfactory, breakfast is basically the same every day, there are fruits, can only fill the stomach, the taste is really not good, there is a shuttle to the park Although the time is not very good, if you want to save the fare, it is a good choice.

The equipment is old and there are cockroaches. There are too few washing machines and dryers. The front desk employee Parks is very very kind. The service of the hotel staff is five-star. After staying for 6 days, there are only room cleaning staff, which makes me less satisfied.

Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

No breakfast, no room cleaning, the carpet is slightly dirty, the quilt is a little thin, but it’s good to be quiet. It’s safe enough. It’s not far from Disney. I want to experience the feeling of staying at the hotel.

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in during the United States. The room is super big, the living room is big enough, two bathrooms, kitchen equipment, and washing machine dryer. All the clothes on the business trip are washed, so dry, super hotel

The place was clean and comfortable, and friendly. The location is very good, near main attractions and easy to travel. Only downside if you are an early bird, there is no coffee until 6am, so you would need to get it outside. I was in a ”premium” room equipped with micro and fridge but no coffee maker (!?). However, I recommend it and would stay again there.
