The recipient is not welcome and not helping us, as we reserve a room with twin bed, once we arrived we shocked that he saying we have only one room with one bed,, really we are upset.. Not recommended.. The night shift staff (Mr. Nakran), really should be not working as recipient,, not welcome face and he couldn't solve the problem to us. 13/4/2024 Karrar

The hotel crew's faces treat you as you are not welcome. The rooms are clean but you need to keep asking for things like air-condition is not working, the bathroom door get locked when you close it and more. Don't try to click photos with their photographers. They make you struggle to receive your photos after paying an expensive amount.

thanks for all the people work in this hotel for thier nice dealing and help the visitor and advice of the nice places in the town. all my family were intersted in the hotel and have good relation with them also they help us to exchang money in good and save price and manner

Excellent treatment and hospitality - the rooms are very big and clean - timely handling and response - very good laundry-We had booked the deluxe room, it was very good, the bathroom and toilet were super clean
