一言難盡。工作人員態度不錯，但比較死板，浪費了我們不少時間。在網上預訂時沒注意一人入住和二人入住還有區別，到了前台被告知訂的是一人入住，不能住倆人。我説我補差價。前台説不行，要重新去平台訂，而平台上當天已經沒房了……..第二天又説房間沒帶早餐，又折騰了一輪説他們系統搞錯了。無語。感謝攜程，及時幫我們去溝通解決。

設施：房間Wi-Fi信號不佳，不過提意見後酒店在門口按了個拓展路由器，信號好多了 環境：非常好，屋頂有時候會有黑臉猴子

The different perspectives of customers are interesting! We found this hotel pleasant and the staff very helpful. Lovely massage at a much lower cost than the beachfront hotels. The front desk arranged our safaris and these were brilliant. The food was fine although the coffee was instant which was not good. The room was comfortable and had a nice deck where we could sit. The pool is a good size and towels were available. Beer and wine were available.

If elephants reached this safari lodge they would have turned back sharp ish. It is a tired lodge with the only nod to being a safari lodge are a few faded cheap animal prints, some just propped up on the floor. Whilst rooms are clean but basic. Swimming pool is large and gardens well maintained. However if your looking for a lounger cushion or pool towel you may as well ask an elusive elephant in Yalla, your will probably get the same non committed response in the hope you just go away. Unlike the rooms the bland dining room’s floor had clearly not been cleaned for some time. However that was nothing compared to the dirt and grime in the staff area or room above. I chose just to have the one breakfast there.

The resort is close to yala national park. We booked with the hotel a game drive which turned out very well. The resort is protected by a wall and security service. Nicely integrated to nature and nice pool area. Also the cabins and beds worked well for us. Excellent cook who tries to fulfill every wish you have. Also the rest of personnel is very friendly und service oriented. They helped us to arrange trips even though those were not in scope of the hotel. There is no bar or hard alcohol license.

We had stay nice hotel. Food was good nice pool . Staff was good friendly staff we will come again. Yala safari park is close specially thanks to Mano and shan the are care of us very friendly thank you everything we enjoy good wild hotel lovely we will come

We came esna group we had a good stay . Amazing view nice pool . Mano and Shan very helpful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Food was good. This hotel was very close safari . Value of money highly recommend we will come thank for everything

We are lucky enough to see the Leopard. That was a great experience. Thanks to hotel staff who has provided the best service. Manager was so friendly & provided the best service for our group to make our stay memorable. Thanks to all. Hope to come back again.

Great place very near the Yala National Park. Very beautiful rooms and very nice people working there. The women of the recepction, the waiters, the breakfast cooker, everybody is always smiling and full of kidness. The swimming pool is surrounded by trees.

Excellant, first we will wondering where is resort and how it will be but against our disappointment when we entered into the resort it was glittering and it was so nice are good ambience people wanted to stay for a long time but how are in the morning the head of fantastic so and the breakfast and dinner menu for excellent people wear liking absolutely I think it's a place that we can repeat once again and it's a good atmosphere

We had good stay . Good hospitality staff was very friendly .food was good amazing views.we play pool table. Room was clean highly recommend this hotel we will come again. Nice stay cool place Yala safari is very close thank you for everything

Food is very very good. Chef, Managers and staff are very polite. We are group of 13 people and every one enjoyed this stay and food. Chef was kind enough to prepare food as per our requirement and taste. Very pleasant environment, we had a relaxing stay here.

We have just spent a relaxing night here. Mano and staff are welcoming, helpful and very friendly. The accommodation was excellent - comfortable bed, spacious rooms and the shower big enough to have a party in! We also highly recommend the YALA National Park Safari, both the afternoon and morning. We saw a leopard, elephants, deer, water buffalo, sloth bear, crocodiles, mongoose, jackal and so much bird life!

We have really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the surrounds & the pool. Rooms were spacious and very well done. The buffet dinner was most enjoyable and recommendable. Staff are very attentive.At breakfast Dimalsha offered exceptional service. The safari & driver was fantastic at spotting animals and birds. I would recommend staying here.
