Very clean and comfortable ideal location for a stopover on way north Sharon the receptionist was very helpful in recommending and directing us to the Muirs Inn where we had a lovely meal. She even drew us a map.also if we needed anything we were just to contact her.

Clean. Dependable. Good Value. Sleep disrupted by guests leaving in the middle of the night for a flight. Nothing to be done about that. Room a bit hot for a good night's sleep - once awake, It is what it is. That said hotel was great; clean, comfortable, well maintained, Good service,

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. On a long journey with my husband, we needed a place to overnight, and, having used Travelodge elsewhere decided to book for the reasonable price offered. On arrival it was easy to find, tucked away next to a garden centre in a quiet area with plenty of parking, only a short walk from the main building. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and, when asked, helpfully suggested places to eat nearby, as well as the service station options, which proved excellent advice. Our room was basic, but clean, with lovely soft pillows and towels and plenty of hot water, even later in the morning (we slept well and with 12:00 checkout there was no rush.) WiFi was also better than expected. Overall, no frills, but provided the essentials, which was all these weary travellers needed to rest and recover for the next stage of our journey.

Had a 6 day stay here while visiting friends and exploring the area. From start to finish we had a great stay and looked after by friendly staff who looked after our every needs. The hotel was well off the road so there was little noise from the traffic.

The most friendly, kind and very helpful member of staff Iv ever had the pleasure of meeting throughout travelodge and Iv stayed in many of their hotels! I checked in on the 14th April in the evening and had the warmest welcome Iv ever received at travelodge Stayed with my 2 dogs and the lady could not have been more helpful. This is not just a job to her she truly has the kindest heart

Terrible service, receptionist would not move my room, putting my dogs and me at risk, however they did move colleagues with no problem. Shocking customer service, would not stay here again. Avoid at all costs.

This Travelodge was remarkably quiet seeing it was at a busy service station with huge lorries pulling in. We didn't hear them at all! We also particularly liked the non-slip surface in the bath/shower and the grab handles that were very well placed. The room had two chairs - often you only get one - and the TV could be swivelled around so that it could be seen from anywhere in the room. There were extra pillows provided but no extra blanket though, in truth, we didn't need one. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a good night's sleep.

The Travelodge is next to the Services and is also very close to Kinross itself. Check-in and checkout were easy. Staff were friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, as well as quiet. I also got it at an excellent rate! I would have no hesitation in staying again.
