Nice location, with a great view of kinnaur kailash. An indoor game facility is available. The rooms are very clean. Staffs behaviour are very polite and nice.

We not stay the hotel hotel look ******* and there is no manager they did not entry us in there register manager talk to us in phone horrible experience we book valley view but they were asking 2000 extra for valley view

Stay was comfortable but no room service which is very unfortunate. For small small thuna we need to go o reception to downstair. Unsatisfactory.

Nice location & great views! good food. However management isn’t the best - rajiv at the front desk denied room service & insisted on buffet dinner; however when we came for the buffet dinner there was no seating space available and he asked us to carry our plates ourselves to our room - we had to climb stairs upto 4th floor with dinner plates in hand. All this after booking the family suite! this hotel is just surviving because of its beautiful location

It was nice hotel with kinnaur kaialsh ranges view, hotel was neat and clean & food was tasty except pane-er tikka, in some rooms washroom's flush was not working properly as pressure was too low almost nill, this was the olny issue with this property otherwise all was nice, they provide you electric blanket sheet to keep your mattress warm
