The Bull and Bush Hotel Kingston

太可怕了，這酒店簡直就是詐騙，一樓是一個廢棄的酒吧。從頭到尾一個工作人員也沒看到。連國內招待所都不如。 環境：周圍滿荒涼的，除了離希思羅機場比較近沒有優點 衞生：衞生極差，屋裡一股子咖喱味，廁所一股子黴味。到了晚上很明顯的咖喱味大多了，很有可能老闆在做飯 設施：軟件看起來都有，但都不敢用，實在太臟了。牆上全是印子，屋裡還有一個打不開的門，和兇殺現場一樣。 服務：沒有服務，一個工作人員也沒看到

邊上在建房子，白天有點機器聲，不算很吵，當然影響不大因為白天都出門的，晚上安靜的。總體可接受，很普通。老闆印度的。

I had clean bedding/ towel and somewhere to park. The housekeeper who greeted me was friendly and couteous. So far so good. However, the rooms are in a converted pub (but the pub isn't open) and to call it a 'hotel', I think, is stretching the definition. I would say it's more like an HMO/hostel. There was unfinished laminate flooring in the corridors which was noisy when people were walking past, the kettle had to be put on the floor to reach the plug socket and the shower tray was damaged and black mould was evident. Overall cleanliness/state of repair was not good (eg the pull cord for the shower room light was filthy (ie dark brown in colour) and had no finial either. However, it was very reasonably priced for London so I guess that's all I could have expected but I dont think it should be listed as a 'hotel'.

Room not clean,carpet need to be replaced,toilet and bath not clean,people smoke in side the room bed need to change

Went there a year ago . Clearly its not improved ! To be fair our room was clean but would not stay there again . Depressing air of the place . Had to call 10 times to book when we could get nowhere else . Its cheap bjut you can see why Aviod if you possibly can is my advise

We arrived in the dark. Finally got in the building, it was skunking and filthy, when i opened the room door. omg what a $#%^! hole walked straight out. Back to town now in premium inn wonderful. Do not book the indus is the name of the Guesthouse, which is within this closed pub. should be shut down. I would not let my dog stay there. Unfit for humans.
