這間綠屋酒店雖然說是在倫敦太午事何況但都要行大約20分鐘才行到而且這間酒店裏面的環境是非常之青丘我是到了晚上由於是復活假有很多人租用酒店所以那些青年不停在房裏驕陽非常嘈吵可以說是整晚隔音非常差其他都沒有太大問題只是樓層比較薄很容易聽到樓上及樓下的聲音

Best stay ever!! Recommended!!! Nice welcome and no hassle. Very friendly. Clean and up to a good standard. Would definitely stay in the future. Travelodge is my personal choice if need to book short or long term. Very friendly staff at the counter. And very peaceful despite being set up in the middle of the town

No working key (could not replace it), no heating, faulty window that howled and whistled ruining sleep. Could not go down to reception to report heating again or window as didn't want to leave little one locked in a room I didn't have a key for. All for £127 for the night...

Great stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing a refit but the staff is doing everything they can to ensure a comfortable stay is provided for the guests. The room was clean and manager was so so nice and kind- a real asset to the company.

My recent stay at Kingston upon Thames Travel Lodge was an extremely poor experience. In the morning the hotel had no running water to the rooms. This unsanitary situation meant that toilets could not be flushed, I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth in the morning or even have a cup of tea. The manager has no explanation or power to resolve this unacceptable situation. This hotel is unfit for purpose, as it appears not to be the first time that this situation has occurred. Travel Lodge are letting out rooms that they know will have no running water in the morning. To compound the situation, there does not appear to be a route to lodge an official complaint. I have tried to write to Travel Lodge but have not had a reply or acknowledgment to my legitimate complaint. Shame on this company.
