Hotel is clean, bright and the variety and quality of breakfast was great!

酒店設施和服務都不錯，衹是晚上空調加熱聲音比比較大，有點影響睡眠。

As I said on the review sent to me by the hotel ... "it's a 10!" When asked how they could improve to make my best stay better ... "Nothing. You're a 10!" I wasn't kidding. It's new and fresh. Well-designed (I'm a retired architect). Great ambience and decor that I'd label "minimalist". Superb staff from the front desk, through to housekeeping and especially included a staffer who came quickly to solve our sink not draining well. Warm breakfast was just what we needed. And again, terrific staff in that breakfast area. Big room, comfy bed, great work area. Great lighting, which I'm finding can be a real problem in these energy conservation days. Oh, and BLACKOUT blinds! Real ones with all the trims to keep the light out when you want that. But, behind the blinds, BIG WINDOWS and lots of natural light. Free parking and lots of it. Easy to find and near the 401 while not too far a drive to the waterfront and great restos. "10!"

Do NOT stay here. Hotel scammed me by charging $100 damage deposit for me to stay by myself and pick up my daughter from school. I have never been asked to pay a damage deposit and it is very odd to be asked when I am staying by myself. I probably should have refused but I was tired and not totally paying attention. I assumed it was just a hold. But it was an actual charged. Several days later it is still on my card. I called to have it removed and the hotel refused to remove it. I have to keep checking now until it comes off.

Staff were great, breakfast was pretty good but there were some problems. We were on 6th floor, every time we pushed 6 in elevator#2, all floors 2 through 6 would light up and we would stop at every floor on the way up. Minor problem but frustrating. Our room was not cleaned properly before we arrived. After unpacking we found an earring, a pencil and a small jar of vaseline at the edge of one of the beds. Significant sized items, the carpet was obviously not vacuumed well. It got cleaned properly the following day after we talked to the front desk but shouldn't have happened

Great value hotel. Clean rooms, great welcoming staff and awesome full breakfast. Super pleasant experience. Will recommend and will be returning to stay on our next visit. I was more than 2 months at this hotel. Every time the staff were accessible with professional behavior.

The location was excellent for our purposes. The staff at the front desk were friendly. Our room was as expected, spacious with a mini fridge and microwave. It wasn’t as clean as I would expect, not terrible, but there were a few stains on the floor and some dust accumulated in the corners. The bathroom unfortunately did not have a magnifying mirror or a fan. Lightning was mediocre. Not a huge deal. The breakfast the first morning was very good, with a really nice selection. The breakfast staff, Wendy and Christine, were very helpful and attentive. At about 10:00 am we set out for the day, not returning until 8:30 pm. We entered our room to find that it had not been serviced ( we did not indicate that we did not not want this done). We called down to the front desk who were apologetic and they did send a nice young man around with fresh towels. The next morning we arrived for breakfast at 8:15 and it was mobbed and there was no seating. The selection was depleted so we took what was easy to carry, and returned to our room. We checked out shortly after.

Friendly, clean, spacious, and located near the 401. Rooms are very comfortable and tidy. Located near a great walking/running path that was perfect after a long drive. Breakfast was quite nice and the staff overall are very helpful. I will stay again.

Good hotel. Clean and functional. The area around it is still being built up, so we had to drive to a restaurant for dinner. There is a small microwave in the room and a little tuck shop that sells microwave dinners if you don't want to leave the hotel. Breakfast was good with several options. Recommend the cinnamon buns. Good access to the 401. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

This is a new facility, extremely clean and energy efficient, surrounding area under construction. The breakfast was excellent and staff very welcoming. The only disadvantage is that it is about 20 minutes from downtown during rush hour. We used a cab so not to hassle with parking. We ate at the Red House Restaurant, one of many near the hotel. The power outlets to the room require a key card inserted into a slot. I forgot and my phone had not charged during the night. I suggested to the manager that Holiday Inn IHG should review its corporate policy requirements for tub safety. The bottom of the tub did not have safety grips and the handle could have been better located to prevent slips and falls. They assured me that this would be reviewed. We will definitely stay there again.
