My spouse and I just checked out the new Cannery restaurant in the new Hilton Hotel. The decor is very nice, and the food was really good. The problem is the lack of staff, the two only servers were really busy being bartenders, hostess, servers and anything else they could manage. Our server was great, but the hotel needs to deal with the shortcomings they have created. Please do a better job to support the staff, less turnover, and happier customers.
