Ulasan Dukes Head Hotel

Stayed in the Dukes Head hotel- Kings Lynn to meet with friends the day before a wedding. The hotel itself is located well in the centre of town and on first look in good condition around the outside and the lobby. Our room on the other hand was not great. The shower was leaking, the floor not cleaned. The worst of it was being placed next to the lift, the noise was ridiculous, like having a tv on full volume all throughout the night. I noted this to reception and no apologies or acknowledgement to the issue seemed to sync in. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Amazing staff . And room was amazing

The staff were extremely helpful & the room was very clean. The room was a little on the small side for a double room. It was difficult to get out of bed on one side. I wasn’t aware there was a £10 charge for the car park but I would recommend this hotel.

Was a very nice hotel. Everything we needed as a family of 3 except we were in room 100 and it was right next to the lift. Every time the loft moved and the doors opened you could hear everything.. it was all evening and from very early in the morning. We had to sleep with the TV on to drown out the continuing sound.

Very warm welcome, the gentleman on the desk has great customer service. Cosy double room was amazing. Plenty of space. Was a strong smell coming from the sink after everytime it was used. Toilet seat was wonky and held on at top with 2 screws. These were our only downfall
