Room was clean, spacious. Reception was quick but did not inform us that daily housekeeping would NOT be done.
The hotel had a pool area but we were not informed that there was a charge for it.
We had a lap next to the bed that was not working. An evening maintenance person had to replace the whole fixture, the way it was mounted he was not able to secure the new fixture completely and he said the day maintenance crew would take care of it. Never got done even though we told the front desk about the situation.
We had a drawer on the dresser that insisted on opening itself about four inches. The night maintenance man attempted to fix it but was unable to accomplish it, so he said he would leave a note for the day maintenance crew to attend to it. Never happened.
Hair dryer had some sticky stuff all over the handle.
Many of the retail areas were not open Tuesday and Wednesday. Their weekend. Just happened to be the days we were there.
****** was large enough with plenty of machines.
There is an event center but nothing was scheduled. There were no nightly entertainment as in other casinos.

Hotel was great. Loved the pool area! Restaurants in the hotel weren’t open. Restaurants in ****** were open but it was pretty smoky in there. Didn’t want to take kids in there so we didn’t.

The Landscaping and kindness of staff!
What we didnt like is that smoking is still allowed in ****** which reaps down the hallways into hotel.

Great hotel and ****** both. Always a comfortable stay. Love the rooms. Wish there was more dining options and that the were all open for lunches.

The entire ****** smells like smoke. But I was most disappointed that when I booked. I did not know the pool was closed. and The hotel bar was closed. There was only one restaurant in the ******.
I was told I could use the Grands Pool. The staff have been wonderful !!!

We took my mom ******** for her 75th birthday. The hotel and ****** were lovely. We had lunch at the Terrace and dinner at the Noodle house; both were excellent. Dasia was our server at dinner and Tanya our server at lunch. They were very friendly and welcoming.
