I would like to thank all the staff from Sentrim Amboseli Lodge who has received our 40 guests group last Nov. 25 and make our stay a very special one. Check in and out was very Easy with the staff at Front Desk. Emmanuel did an incredible job as a waiter at the buffet. The Service was excellent and Management Team do the difference to have their employee happy at work. Thanks everyone for your good work. Special Thanks from all the group for the Departure Ceremony you did for us, we were very touched and blessed by this special attention from Nzai Stephen and his team. Second experience in this Lodge with a special view on the Kilimandjaro and Still a big WOW. Be carefull with the monkey, they are very fast to grab your lunch :)

Very pushy staff, begging for tips. Repeatedly interrupt you eating breakfast and dinner to tell you about themselves and how they need the money. Forced to write a review by staff who stand over you as you log in to Tripadvisor and use the QR code they carry in their pocket. (Yes, I’m doing it now… can I finish eating?) Grounds and lodges are badly maintained, harbouring a lot of bugs. No mosquito net in the room, make sure to bring your own.

The resort was outstanding! The staff was attentive to our needs, the food was plentiful and the grounds beautiful. We enjoyed the pool in between safaris and nice wine at the end of a full day! We were treated to a farewell song and cake by the staff - a wonderful part of our trip, thank you Amboseli Semtrim, Sylvie and Dave from Canada!

Incredible views of Mt. Kilimanjaro from the lodge, paired with exceptional staff service. The food is top-notch—definitely a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay! The lodge is full during peak season, so book early!

We had a great stay at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge! The tents were super cozy, personnel was super friendly (especially Kauvi, the bartender) and the food was great. We saw so many animals in the parc that was nearby. After our busy day we arrived at the bar for a chat with Kauvi and he had a lot to tell. He was super happy we took place at the bar to have a chat, so if you have the chance after your fulfilled day full of safari, make sure to take place at the bar and drink a nice cocktail!

The lodge is very well located close to Ambosile park for Safari visit. The rooms were very comfortable and private. Directions to the rooms and decor of the surroundings were very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable but could do with a fan to have a cool night sleep. The restaurant was very well laid out and spacious even though it was busy all the nights we were there. The food preparation and variety was very good for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The staff at the restaurant were very good and hospitable, making sure to take care of everyone. Hi-light was on Christmas eve to have a community sing for us local African hymns and Carols and do the Jambo dance. The staff at the Lodge were excellent and made sure to take care of all our needs. Very good check in and check out. Had a good viewing deck / lookout to view mount Kilimanjaro. We got a beautiful and clear view early in the morning.

Great hotel, good dining and comfortable beds. All staff were welcoming and very helpful. 5 minutes drive to park entrance. Nice view of mount kilmanjaro weather permitting. Would recommend to family and friends. Warm water in shower…..

Stayed there for 2 nights . Staffs are very accommodating and hospitable. kudos to Nzai Stephen Ruwa he’s always asking us if we are okay. They have good viewpoint pf Mt Kiliminjaro. Buffet is good. our room is good size. We have problem with the shower but they fixed it right away. Highly recommended.

I went to Sentrim with my two sisters in september 2024. They came to visit me and we had an incredible stay in Sentrim Amboseli! The staff has been AMAZING with us. Everyone from reception to the restaurant was more than helpful. I can say that Sentrim has BY FAR the best staff in Kenya so far. Special thanks to Purity, Szais and all the staff that were there from september 23th to 25th. The bed were comfortable and the food great. I will definitely recommend the hotel to all my folks coming to Kenya!
