Offers a community club house with fitness center and pool (mini water park complete with lazy river and slide) from Memorial Day to Labor Day. May be open some weekends during May and September. Winter Getaway
My parents and I had a delightful stay. Cannot recommend enough! Everything was very clean and the unit is both out of the way and very quiet. Beautiful evening views of the sound from the back porch, and very close to many attractions in the Outer Banks as well as Roanoke Island.

Perfect
Our daughter got married on the sound in the Outer Banks. This property was perfect for our family and for all the girls to get ready with hair and makeup. The view spectacular, there is a beautiful catwalk nearby with reeds and birds, the host was so responsive with questions.

Getaway
Condo was fantastic. It was just as pictured. The host was responsive. It was quiet and close to everything. The only drawback wad that there were venomous snakes on the grounds.

Great Place, Great Time
The Condo was good and clean and had everything we needed for our weekend away. We enjoyed the convenient location right in the middle of things in KDH. The elevator for the building really made loading in a loading out easy. Would visit this spot again!

Fantastic Condo and Host
Our family had a fantastic time at this rental! There were 4 adults and an 11 month old. The condo was well kept and incredibly clean. We also really appreciated being able to use the owner’s beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc. which cut down on all the stuff we had to haul down. Our 11 month old loved the open concept and being able to crawl around from room to room and he especially loved the community Pool and had a great time splashing around the toddler splash pad area. Jeanne the owner was a great communicator as well! Would highly recommend!

Just as advertised
This condo is very spacious, with lots of closet space. Well stocked kitchen and garage. Absolutely beautiful views from large deck. The beds were comfortable. We had no complaints!

Pleasant OBX stay
This property was so beautiful and clean. It was perfect for my family, including being so roomy for our adult son who is in a wheelchair. The pictures do not do justice to this property. We were so pleased and would definitely choose this property again!! Thank you!

Relaxing Girls’ Trip
Beautiful, well-maintained property! As nice as the property looks online, it’s even better in person. The porch is larger than expected, and the amazing view of the sound is so serene and relaxing.
The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. It feels like being in someone’s home rather than a rental.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. The whole rental process was smooth from start to finish. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
