Property is very old. No hospitality at all. Location is deserted. Overall, not very good stay. I had to visit this location for work purpose so unfortunately I continued staying here. For family or couples, it is not a good stay.

It was very nice stay at piyush regency in such a price. I stay in this hotel due to their prompt service, quick response and vegetarian food. Room though old but clean and maintained. Whenever i visit nagaon i prefer this hotel always

Location good, 1st day room was clean n good. Tv didn't work. 2nd day bathroom not clean, no faucet for commode which is very basic need. Manager says it was inferior room. Look what i have paid. Still it should have bsaics.

Worst experience. Staff rude behaviour. Dirty rooms. Only 3-4 rooms has all amenities, rest rooms doesn't have any facility. Poor service.

I found the propertys location through my company colleague, food ok, service good, but room inside fan condition not good, tv also not working. Remaining ok.
