The Pullman lived up to my expectations as I have stayed with this company prior, in different countries. Pricing was good, amenities very good, clean, and pleasant staff. The buffet for breakfast was 10/10. Thanks to team Pullman, I needed some sleep and rest, and I received it. Recommend

The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. It's convenient to call a taxi or walk down the street to find dining options. Although the hotel shows signs of age and is somewhat run-down, it remains acceptable overall.

The room is very good. The facilities are complete, but there is no hair dryer. Breakfast is ok. There is enough parking space.

The location is good. Easily to travel around by public transport. Got the market opposite the hotel so easy to get things. The room was spacious and provided everything you needed. Only bad thing is you need to walk the stairs as the lift come to the lobby if you wanna go out.

Very good hotel at a sensible price. Ate breakfast very nice though getting a milk to go with coffee was difficult.Lots of choice and high quality. Ate at the restaurant for dinner and had steak very delicious and only 1300 baht including vat and service charge. Swam in the pool which is lovely but surprisingly cool maybe because it is on floor 28. I would recommend and stay again. Remember this is a modern concept hotel that traditionalists may not favor. Why the bed base is massively oversized l have no idea.

This is a decent hotel right in the very center of Khon Kaen. I paid about 20USD per night, and for the price seems very good value. Friendly staff, clean bedding, strong aircon. I was here during Songkran (the Buddhist New Year) period, so there was quite a lot of noise from the street such as speakers, concerts etc....I *assume* this isn't a problem 99% of the year though, and I don't fault the hotel for it. There's a pool on the ground floor which I didn't get to use, but it seemed nice enough. Overall good value for money, and worth staying if you are looking for a hotel in downtown KK. The hotel is very cost-effective. We stayed a little more expensive during holidays, but 200 yuan is enough on weekdays. The room is very new, with a beautiful small balcony. The sound insulation can be 7 points, not too noisy. There are few breakfast options, but they are basically satisfactory. The front desk service attitude is good. The hardware has bugs, that is, the bathing area in the bathroom has only a bathtub, and there is no shower curtain, so water splashes everywhere. The quality of the shower is not very good, and it leaks on the side. In addition, it is more suitable for friends who drive by themselves. The location is not a particularly core area, but in the alley. The swimming pool is not bad and very clean. In general, the weekday price of 200 yuan is a great value.

I stay before covid long time ago when hotel was near new it was amazing now like lot hotels in world they still struggling to get out this covid break not same tourist coming hard make it pay.it still very good hotel and like it a lot.the breakfast was good but coffee ☕ machine did not seem working witch for me main part breakfast need ☕ in morning.the rest breakfast we very good the staff very helpful I would stay again 100%
