Amazing place to stay right on the beach.The hosts Dan and Nina we're the best we've stayed with, making you feel right at home.All the staff we're also very friendly and tentative. Highly recommended 👍😄

Hospitality at Kahnom is top notch!! We came to Kahnom specifically for the pink dolphin tour but our initial reserved tour was cancelled two days in a row due to weather. We had a casual conversation with the owner Daniel, and the next thing we knew, he had reached out to a friend who could run the tour for us! It was such a surprise 🥹 the hotel itself is directly accessible to the beach with benches and seats available to sit and relax at night. Music playlist was also great and chill. Staff were sweethearts. The entire experience was great! 11/10 would visit again!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Sometimes, you happen upon a place that fulfills the reason for travel. You can sit alone on a deserted beach, watch the sunrise and feel grateful for finding that place. I found that here. Perfect setting Welcoming and relaxing Superb hosts Ella, George, Dan and as ever all the smiling Thai staff. Food was great cooked by the chef who obviously has a love and enthusiasm for his craft. Thankyou George Nice relaxing evenings around the bar with the best setting and good company Need a motorcycle (easily arranged) Airport taxi arranged by staff , on time and friendly driver. Accommodation was great(bamboo huts with modern bathrooms) Go and visit here before too many others find out about this little corner of Thailand

I had a wonderful stay at Margarita Beach — it’s exactly the kind of place that feels harder and harder to find these days. Friendly and unpretentious, Margarita Beach reminded me of my trips to Koh Samui 30 years ago (minus the partying), before the tourist boom. The beach itself is absolutely gorgeous — clean, soft sand, gently lapping waves, with hardly anyone on it. It’s was baby bath warm when I visited, shallow with no currents or surf. It’s easy to look at the horizon and wonder where the day went. The food was simple but absolutely delicious. Fresh, unfussy, and delicious with the occasional high tea thrown in for good measure. The team running the place are all magic, friendly and warm and always good for a chat. Margarita Beach is the perfect place to decompress. If you’re looking for somewhere to switch off, read a book for two weeks, and let the world slow down, this is it. It’s a rare kind of peacefulness these days. Highly recommended if you are seeking a real escape, not just a holiday.

What a wonderful place! Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly, the food was great with a nice selection of dishes & cockatils were good! You can walk straight out to a beautiful beach! Would definitely recommend 😍!

A lovely and friendly place to stay ..all the staff were welcoming and the boss was also there to welcome me..you feel you are a guest in a house not a hotel..great breakfast!...location beautiful ..not signing of bills when you order food etc all very relaxed. ..

The location was right on the beach and close to cafes and activities nearby. The team, Bad, A, & Fon, are fantastic, so much fun, and spoke good English. George, Ella, Dan, & Nina were great hosts, super helpful, welcoming and kind. The menu was excellent, and the food was yummy with a good selection as well as specials. The shacks are basic but they have everything you need for a beach holiday and it was very safe and secure.

I stayed here on recommendation of a friend and I have to say, after spending a week in Hua Hin and a week on Koh Phangan, this setting was just perfect. What I was astounded by was the serenity of the place, it had a very nice energy. When I checked in, I had been allocated a ‘shack’ wooden bungalow close to the restaurant and bar, and as an early sleeper I was concerned about being kept awake (my nightmare!) I approach the girl who I believe is the owner’s daughter and she bent over backwards to assist me and see to my every need. I was moved into a shack further away, which was huge and could sleep at least 6 people. I am also a vegan and again she checked with the chef who cooked up a delicious Penang curry. I found her to be so helpful and honest, I really felt well taken care of. Although the shack was beautiful, I think it would be great to have a kettle or hot water machine in the room for a hot drink (although this is freely available at the bar) And the only other downside which is out of their control is the accessibility and ease of getting to and from the place. I’m sure if I have enquired prior to my stay, I would have been helped as much as I was during my stay, but I just presumed Grab/Bolt would be an option

The place is exactly what it says on the box. A beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, fantastic hosts and the bungalows, restaurant and bar are right on the most beautiful beach. It was the highlight of my recent motorcycle trip right across southern Thailand. Even though I was travelling solo I felt at home. The food and drinks were superb I can't recommend this un spoilt part of paradise highly enough. Thanks for the stay and special mention to Leila (the dog) for keeping me company day and night. Helped after just losing my own dog a few days earlier.

When we arrived, the family were so welcoming. This place is just perfect, located right on the beach, feel like staying at home. We were stayed 2 nights here. The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Staff being attentive to help when something goes wrong, especially Khun Dan were friendly and helpful at all times. The Dining/bar was beautiful. It was a truly special experience and I definitely would recommenced this accommodation to all coming in Khanom :)

This is a little gem: accommodation, location, literally on the beach, quality of the food served in their restaurant and very welcoming staff. Plus the tranquility. We'd love to be back one day, the sooner the better. Our only regret is not to have stayed longer than 2 nights.

We are a family of 8 and have just returned from a fabulous 5 days at Margarita Beach at the end of a whirlwind tour of Thailand and Cambodia. If you are looking for an authentic Thai beach experience, away from the crowds then this is the place for you. It feels like you have the whole beach to yourself, and it’s just a few steps from your comfortable beach shack through the lovely garden past the friendly dogs. The shacks although simple, are clean and comfortable and entirely in keeping with the beautiful natural environment which the owners very clearly care about. Dan, Nina and all the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the restaurant and bar are great, Margarita’s were of course especially good. Nothing was too much trouble, Dan organised an amazing trip to see the pink dolphins as well as motorbike rental for some of our party. There are kayaks and boogie boards for rent or you can walk for miles on the beach hardly seeing anyone else. We were celebrating my brother’s birthday whilst there and Dan and his staff catered an amazing barbecue for us, even sourcing an ice cream birthday cake. If you are visiting this lovely part of Thailand then don’t hesitate to book Margarita Beach. Just kick off your shoes, order a Margarita and relax. We will definitely be back.
