I booked a one-night stay with my family and booked the hotel after reading recent positive reviews. The hotel looks good from the outside but it lacks few amenities that people look. 3 star rating from the hotel needs reviews It lacks the facilities of 3 star. Apart from the hotel, location, mattress and room, nothing was satisfactory. The toilet flush was not working and you could only flush pee. Had to use bucket for flushing anything else. The breakfast was less than satisfactory with only poha, bread and tea and that too after long wait. It was said that it's prepared on demand and on receiving it looked only tea and bread freshly prepared. The breakfast area resembled a home stay that I saw in Bikaner and that was far more better. The support staff was cooperative but the onus lies on the owner to provide facilities to help staff serve the customers. I won't recommend this hotel as in a similar price you may find better stay in Khajuraho. Don't get fooled by the building of the hotel.

The stay was good. Location was convenient and closer to the khajuraho temples. Staff were kind and helpful. However the room and washroom could have been cleaner. There were also insects and flies inside at night.

Ac is not working properly There is no sport channel for entertainment. Local dish tv have 50 useless channel except one Hollywood movie channel. Staff is good.location is good.everything easly accesible .u could take auto 🛺 anytime without delay

Rooms were not clean, blankets were smelling, no room service it was terrible although staff was friendly but no phone in room, every time we had to go out and give our order on reception

Location : easy to find located in the heart of the city
rooms : large
cleanliness : very good
food : good. Not much variety available in breakfast which is included in the room charges per day
services : pathetic. Once you order any food item, you can expect the delivery only after half an hour especially when the owner is not around. Only one thing that was timely delivered was the breakfast on the day of checking in.

Some smelling in room, commode not proper clean in bathroom, as per booking room size was having 240 square ft, but they allot 180 square ft. This hotel is only for hourly stay not more.
