Staf hotel sangat membantu. Mereka menunggu saya cukup lama setelah saya melakukan check-in larut malam, yang sangat saya hargai. Mereka semua sangat ramah. Salah satu staf berbicara bahasa Mandarin, yang sangat membantu. Staf pria asing juga sangat baik. Kamar luas dan memiliki dapur kecil sehingga saya bisa memasak makanan sendiri. Kamar mandi memiliki semua perlengkapan dasar seperti sabun mandi dan sampo. Saya pasti akan memilih untuk menginap di sini lagi jika saya memiliki kesempatan.

Kamarnya biasa saja, pelayanannya buruk, dan harganya tidak sepadan.

Lokasi bagus dari segi fasilitas, lokasi bagus untuk menggunakan transportasi umum.

Worst place you can stay with family. Location is convenient but there are other options in the same area. Dusty room AC did not work Had a weird smell To add on there was some leakage in next room on last day and carpet in the whole floor was soaked with gutter water. Avoid this place. Even Trip should remove advertising such places.

Paid for the Deluxe suite, and got placed in a room not matching the provided photos whatsoever. With peeling paint in the bathroom, Stains on the bed, Cracked walls, and mold in the shower. Claims to be smoker free, but walking into the room for the first time it smelt strongly like Glen 20 and cigarettes. Will not be booking here ever again. What a shameless scam.

When we turned on the heater mode, there was a weird smell that came out… overall it was okay. Location quite good.

The guy in Reception was great.Very helpful and knowledgeable .Room was spacious and the bathroom excellent. Location was great, with with takeaway closely, as was 2 great pubs and tram stop within 2 minutes.

We were really disappointed with this hotel. We had low expectations due to the price but expected it to be clean and safe at least. The “non-smoking” room stank of smoke that had tried to be masked by a bomb of glen 20. Paint was peeling off the roof and walls, power points and wires hanging out the walls, mouldy bins and broken furniture- certainly not fit for anyone let alone a family with young children. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in time (2pm) so we were asked to wait an hour in the “lounge room”- see pics of the state of the lounge!

It was great accomodation and good cleaning. Studio is good for friends or family.

I have been upgraded from a queen-sized suite to a family-sized suite, and I am very satisfied with the upgrade. Everything is very clean. However, the location of this room is not ideal for a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi signal is weak and intermittent, as the room I have been allocated to is below ground level.

Soap dispenser on floor of shower - had leaked on floor, slippery, unsafe. Tap in kitchenette very loose - tried to fix unsuccessfully  Foyer area quite dirty.
