Very quiet considering it's right next to the A14, i didn't hear anything from the traffic. Supported by a Starbucks and a Petrol station. The hotel was great the staff were all very helpful and happy to help with any questions i had. Clean towels, tea, coffee, milk refills means that you could stay there without going anywhere if you wanted to just chill out on your own. With a TV and my crime magazine i was happy to chill in the evening. Would be really happy to book this hotel again in the future.

Hotel is great value for money , it’s right on the motorway although it’s easy to miss the exit. Service is great and staff friendly, I asked for little requests and they were fulfilled spontaneously. Recommend.

Family rooms are huge, really good value for money, reception was lovely on arrival, we went for my nephews 1st birthday and we will be going there again as we enjoyed it! Thank you so much

Whilst this is a budget hotel I expected it to have air-con especially as they advertise it is recently re-furbed. The night I stayed was very warm so had to have the window open. This hotel is on the side of a busy A road so the traffic noise kept me awake. Would be an ok stay if during colder seasons.

Very pleasant experience. Very clean and sufficiently stocked with the needed toiletries, towels and refreshments for a comfortable stop over. Annesha, the receptionist, was very accommodating, very friendly and polite and went the extra, extra, extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Ánesha is a credit to Travelodge! BRAVO!

The receptionist Nadia is very rude and abrupt spends most of her time on her phone and is very unpolite when disturbed at the desk as if she can't be bothered to help us customers. This is really bad customer service. We stay regularly and usually see the manager who is always polite and gives a warm welcome the housekeeping staff are great too and do a great job but the 1 receptionist let's the whole hotel down and I felt it should be noted may ever write a complaint because it's every time we come we see it bring back the manager.

It does what it says on the tin! Location 2* great for traveling westbound on the A14, poor for everything else. There is a starbucks and a M & S close by but nothing else walkable Room 5* Had a quiet room, it was clean Bathroom 3* shower underpowered otherwise ok Facilities 4* good tv nothing else- It is a Travelodge ! Reception 5 * tried hard and were efficient, let down by the archaic sign on for wifi! Price 5* Very reasonable

My husband and I booked this hotel as it was on the way to visiting family for the weekend. For whatever reason, the wifi code I was given in the confirmation email when I booked the hotel did not work and I had to pay a second time to get a whole new code. Also, the water pressure in our bathroom was so low that we could not get more than a trickle out of the shower tap. It was not a good experience for us.
