An excellent b’n’b. Nicky and Paul provide a lovely warm welcome and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable. Beds are comfortable, lounge with all the refreshments including home baked cakes is an added bonus and the breakfasts are great, cooked well, plenty of choice and extremely flexible to meet your needs. I would highly recommend them and hope to visit again soon.

Just spent a wonderful three days at Sunnyside, a great location a 2 minute walk into the main high st of Keswick with all its bars & restaurants. Nicky & Paul the friendliest hosts you could want to meet with plenty of advice on walks & places to visit. Sunnyside also offers the benefits of off road parking which is a bonus in Keswick. The room was extremely comfortable and clean with all amenities including TV & kettle, really comfortable bed too. Beautiful lounge for guests to sit in & enjoy a drink with coffee & full bar available, not forgetting the amazing cake thats on offer for guests. Great choice of breakfast options with all freshly cooked, local produce available. As a regular visitor to the Lake District & Keswick for over 35 years, this was my first experience of staying at Sunnyside & it will now be my regular place to stay on my frequent visits to the area. Definitely a 5 ***** place to stay..

We never go anywhere else other than Sunnyside. Always a brilliant stay with fabulous hosts. Comfy beds & pillows The food is superb and excellent quality, there is always an excellent choice and variety of produce, and homemade cake. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back soon.

A really friendly welcome even though I was a bit on the late side, it was no problem! Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Great shower room. Lovely breakfast cooked to order, I was even offered something on my leaving day even though I was leaving super early and outside breakfast hours. 100% would go back!

Very good in every way. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were first class and the added bonus of cake with a cuppa in the afternoon in a comfortable lounge area. My only suggestion would be to provide abit storage for clothes in the bedroom (maybe a chest of draws). I would definitely go back.

Such a friendly atmosphere promoted by the hospitality of Paul and Nicky. From year to year we have been returning to Sunnyside, now adults only the accommodation is really tasteful, comfortable with the bonus of safe parking including ehu. The breakfast provided is to all tastes and an evening meal can be provided. Why not finish your day in the comfortable guest lounge with a malt whisky (honesty list) and home made cake if you fancy (donations to mountain rescue groups)
