Our family room was perfect for our needs with a huge selection of drinks and snacks topped up every day! Lorna was the perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, perfect eggs whether they were dippy soldiers, scrambled etc, spot on! My 7 year old loved it and really enjoyed the breakfasts and snack tray each morning, thank you so much to Lorna who presented her with a toffee apple and extra fruit winders on departure, she was so pleased to receive them! Lovely chats with Lorna about the local area, we'll certainly be back.

The best bed and breakfast in keswick,super friendly our 2 dogs Spot and Jem treat like royalty with a morning sausage for breakfast,comfortable rooms fantastic breakfast,all in all a perfect stay. One of the friendliness places we've stayed at. We was greated by Simon. And on entering our room there was a birthday cake/card and a box of chocolates.There was also wine .lovely thoughtful touch . Breakfast was amazingly cooked by Lorna. And we also found out that Simon was from our neck of the woods . So had loads to talk about over Breakfast.. the b+b is only 20min lovely walk into town. And there is street parking just across the road. We will be back..

Like all the reviews before mine, it’s the warm welcome, extra little touches, fabulous breakfast and lovely hosts that keep this B&B at 5 stars. Nothing was too much and Lorna welcomed us after a disastrous attempt at camping with the horrific weather. So glad that we found Brookfield and turned our stay in the lakes around. Will definitely be back to stay

We stayed for 6 nights with our 3 small dogs. Oh it was lovely. Lorna really did take wonderful care of us. She is simply delightful and so kind. The room was perfect and the breakfast was the best we have ever had. This place is special. We will definitely return. Thank you Lorna. Jo, Martin, Bob, Moo and little Wilfred xxxx

We stayed over a bank holiday weekend and had a great stay at Brookfield B&B. The cooked breakfast was delicious, the portion sizes were generous, you could mix and match the breakfast options and a huge variety of different condiments and sauces were available. Service always came with a smile with great recommendations on what to see and do in the area. The room itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable. Location was great as well, on the edge of Keswick so well connected to the Lakes but avoiding the traffic jams in Keswick centre.

Fantastic place to stay and a short walk into Keswick. Dogs welcome and very well looked after. Rooms are nice and beds comfy. All 3 of us give 5 stars! To add, the host is amazing! A truly lovely individual! I WILL be staying here again! Can't wait to return!

Amazing B&B Great host , couldn’t do enough for us, great spacious family room, breakfast was delicious, loved all the little extras, wine in room, hot chocolate and biscuits etc. Even our dog got a sausage for breakfast every morning. Great location it’s a lovely 20 minute walk into Keswick town .

Fantastic welcome, great breakfast and lots of thoughtful extras in our room. The host was very friendly, and took the time to remember our names which made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble and to top it off, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Two great nights in walking distance to the centre of Keswick.
