From arrival to departure we were treated with the utmost kindness and civility. The accommodation we had, No29, was a commodious apartment with two double rooms, a small kitchen, a living room and a shower room. )The only fault we could find was the draining speed of the shower!!!) Beds were comfortable and linen/towels were regularly changed. We took breakfast each day at the small snack bar on-site which is adjacent to the two lovely pools. The grounds were kept very clean and tidy. The staff deserve mention - Katerina, who seemed to do everything and the lovely lady who ran the pool bar. We would recommend, highly, this place for a restful stay. Kassiopi is a delightful place with a profusion of places to eat and drink. Shops cater for all needs. If one has a car it’s a good place to tour the North of the island from.

We have just enjoyed a lovely 10 days at the Solaris with friends, however we do have a few gripes which could be easily amended. The Solaris has a perfect location in the midst of town, however because of this the balcony views are limited and most of the time we had a washing line of old towels to look out on. The apartment, although very spacious was tired and not especially clean, I would not rate it as superior. The toilet bowl was cracked and the balcony door did not shut properly which meant we did not feel secure, but having notified the staff this was not fixed during our stay! We were also disappointed that the entertainment in the evenings was non-existent and the bar shut at 6pm so you could not wander back and have a drink with friends in the evening. However the staff were lovely and very attentive and its position in the centre of town meant we had easy access to all the shops, bars and restaurants and the lovely harbour.

It’s a perfect location. The owners are fabulous, they could not be more accommodating. The only disappointing thing for us was that the Bar area is closed in the evenings from 6 pm. So if you did want to stay in rather than go into town , you couldn’t. Also no BBQ nights anymore. We always looked forward to those on Wednesday nights. So that was a shame. Other than that a fabulous holiday as always. See you again.

Having stayed at Solaris 4x previously, on this occasion we were very disappointed by the sub-standard customer service that we experienced. On arrival, the crockery, cutlery, etc were dirty, the kettle was unsafe as it did not switch off, hence flooded the kitchen and the base was full of water and the bedside lampshades were thick with dust. Also, we had no hot water in the kitchen for 4 days and at the bathroom sink for 5 days. Having repeatedly complained, the owner Kostas, blamed it on a part which they were waiting for, but low and behold it was fixed within 5 mins - no parts required! We were advised by the owner that if it takes 4/5 days to fix, it takes 4/5 days. We went on holiday for a relaxing time, but sadly on this occasion it was not the case. Not even a goodwill gesture and we were only there for 10 days. Customer service at his worst!!

Myself husband and 2 kids (9,11) stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was beautiful. Comfy beds in both rooms Roth aircon working amazing throughout. Arrived late and had a bottle of water, juice and croisssnts waiting for us which was so lovely. The suite is huge and has everything you need to be self catering large fridge, dish washer, washing machine. The pool bar was so good service fantastic and drinks/food delicious all reasonably priced too. Always sunbeds available no matter what time of day. Pools super clean and so much fun for the kids. All the staff were very friendly and we can’t wait to return hopefully next year 🙂 lots of repeat customers there and you can see why. We moved to paleokastrista after 4 nights to see another side of the island but wish we had stayed the whole time here and just done a day trip to paleokastrista as not a lot there much nicer and family friendly in Kassiopi! Restaurants and bars within minutes walk yet so peaceful at night.

We have just returned from a week staying at the Solaris apartments and would highly recommend to others. We stayed in the two bedroom suite apartment which was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed as a family of 5. It was very well equipped, clean and the location was perfect. We then had a ground floor studio apartment for my mother in law. Both apartments offered us everything we needed. The staff were absolutely lovely and were all very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a wonderful warm welcome particularly from Katerina, she did her upmost to meet our needs and requirements from the moment we booked to the moment we left. She was so accommodating and helpful and always took the time to have a chat with us. The facilities are well maintained and the pool bar offered us everything we needed whilst at the pool side. There was a great variety of food, drinks and ice creams for the kids 😂. We all had a truly wonderful week and will certainly be returning back to the Solaris.

We had a brilliant stay at the Solaris. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was nice. The pool area is lovely and I give a big shout put to the young lady ( who was greek/aussie sorry i cant remember your name) who served us food every day at the pool cafe and was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a few minutes from the harbour. We booked transfers to and from the airport through Katerina at the hotel and this was a great service as well. All in all we really enjoyed the Solaris and Kassiopi. The only negative thing I can say about the Solaris is that they don't empty the toilet paper bin very often and with 4 people in the apartment I think that it should be emptied daily.

We have stayed at these apartments a number of times and will never consider going any where else in Kassiopi. We are always welcomed by the wonderful staff and absolutely love this place. Fantastic location; so close to bars, restaurants and the harbour. See you next year!

Truly magical place made primarily so by the wonderful , welcoming team who run this gem of a resort. Spotlessly clean, fab pool are, no issues getting sunbeds or umbrellas , great food options at the pool bar, smashing spacious apartment with everything you need. Location is perfect, everything is on your doorstep - supermarkets, fab bakery, restaurants , beautiful harbour wiyh lots of restaurants , beaches are also walking distance . Only negative is that we have to leave to come home, but will absolutely be back ! Most peaceful ,relaxing stress free holiday, I really can't say how impressed we were with Solaris apartments Kassiopi and the team who do a super amazing running it!
