Can't say enough about this place. Julianna is a great host. The breakfasts during our 4 day stay were both of excellent quality and filling! The house itself is clean, cool and situated next to a golf course. The beds and room (York) was well appointed, quiet and with comfortable bed. You can't go wrong here!

When you carefully review B & B's (or any accommodations for that matter) online you hope the recommendations are as presented. The 1802 House B & B ticked all the boxes. Julieanna was the most thoughtful and gracious host! The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and very tastefully decorated. The location is incredible. Located in a lovely neighborhood and a very pleasant walk to Kennebunkport shopping area including restaurants. Julieanna went beyond catering to my husband's dietary restrictions. Thank you, Julieanna, for such a wonderful four days in Kennebunkport at the 1802 House Bed and Breakfast. We will be back! Karen and Mark Forman

We totally enjoyed our stay at 1802 House B&B in Kennebunkport, ME. Joanna made fantastic breakfasts each morning. The house is beautiful as well. And we especially enjoyed Mr. and Mrs. Duck who joined us on the roof every evening!

Wonderful stay and Juliana was a great host. short walk to downtown KBP. Very nice rooms and very clean. We would surely stay here again. We used it as a base to travel to all the smal towns on the coast including York , Ogunquit ( don't miss Perkins Cove) ,Kittery and Old orchard beach. Some nice antique malls right nearby. Parking in KBP is $5.00 an hour if you can find a spot so it was nice to be able to walk it in just a few minutes. ThankYou Juliana for a GREAT stay.

A really nice place. The friendly owners provide a great breakfast every morning. The room was comfortable and well furnished. If mobile, it is an easy walk into town. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend 1803 House.

Great place to stay when visiting Kennebunkport. The accommodation is very good, the location within an easy walk to town (5 to 10 minutes walk depending on speed) and the three course breakfasts are top notch. Everyone there was super helpful too

We just spent 5 nights, at this beautiful home. This was our 2nd time there and we weren't disappointed. Juliana and Lars are amazing hosts, and the breakfasts are to die for. The weather wasn't that great, but the hospitality was more than worth the trip. Great location with tons to do. We can't wait till the next time.

This is an excellent place Julianna is a great host who makesvsure everything is to your liking.Our room was lovely and the breakfast superb. Just a ten minute walk to the main square and plenty of car parking. Woukd love to come and stay again it was so nice.

This was the third stay for my wife and I at the 1802 House. We have been coming up to Kennebunkport for weekend getaways when we have been able too since we got married 15 years ago. We found the 1802 house after a previous location we frequented was sold and fell in love with it for it's at home feel. It's not a "cookie cutter" styled hotel with all tan walls and the same decor in every room. When you stay here you feel like you're enjoying a slice of something specially catered to you. The morning breakfast is delicious with a sampling of local charm, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are spotless, the showers are hot, and if the weather cooperates the outdoor seating is great for a mid day break or a late night drink by the fire. Though the 1802 House is a bit off the beaten path and is a bit further from the center of town than other options it's not so far away that you can't walk to town to take in the stores or grab lunch. And to be honest, being a bit further also means a quieter over all atmosphere for those looking to take a break from the hustle and bustle of others.
