You can't beat the price of these rooms. We had a split decision on the rating of this facility. I just want a hot shower, a bed and some television. This place met me needs. My wife is a harder sell. She said the room smelled, like dogs were visiting. For me I couldn't smell anything. Good staff, good location. I'm not use to these high prices in New England. $250 to $300 per night. The expensive rooms are really no better than the less than $100 rooms at the Kennebunk Gallery Motel.

The cottages are nice but very dated. Most of the furniture and fixtures are left overs from the 80’s. They are clean though some attention to under the bed and around the nightstands could be done. Updating the lights to LED Daylight lighting would drastically improve how the place is. Overall not a bad place and it was quiet.

This motel is close to the border of Wells. and out of the busy traffic of Kennebunk and Wells. Clean room with 2 double beds small bathroom. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a desk and chair. Enough room for 2 people. You can't avoid noise from neighbors with kids bouncing off the wall at 5 am. I would pay the extra fee and get a cottage next time. Free coffee in the check in area no decaf or tea.

The motel section is dated, but the price was excellent for high season. The beds were firm, but it’s a no frills kind of place. We brought our own coffee maker. Fridge was provided, but no microwave. Shampoo, no conditioner. Shower was old and difficult to regulate temperature. No hooks or place to put clothes in bathroom. Owner was super nice. It’s a place that provides a reasonable place to stay, just no frills. Pool was clean. Easy access to many locations.

This is a great place to stay for families, trips with friends, or anything really! It’s the cutest little private path with cottages lining each side and beautiful greenery filling everything in. There’s a nice, clean pool as well as fire pit access. Now, trust me when I say I was nervous about staying in a “motel,” but throughout the entirety of my trip I felt so safe and cared for. There are two locks on the doors and plenty of privacy between neighbors. I am really in awe of this cute little spot and will definitely be staying here again!
