We were visiting a hotel for a work trip for one night. We had burgers for supper at the hotel, and it was perhaps the most disgusting thing we've ever eaten. The beef patty was like boiled and completely raw. We called the waiter and their supervisor, who brought the burgers to the chef, who admitted that the food was raw. They tried to offer replacement food, but our appetite was gone, and we said we wouldn't continue eating at that restaurant. We also stated that we wouldn't pay for the food, at which point they started insisting on payment for the requested Coca-Cola and Sprite. As I'm writing this, I've just thrown up the burger and I sincerely hope I haven't contracted a permanent intestinal infection, for example. Also during the vomitin, the housekeeping comes inside, even Im yelling that please don't come in. Absolutely horrifying place, I cannot recommend it to anyone!

Good budget hotel near the airport , Prompt services and easy connectivity to the airport , Easily accessible to the ****** and restaurants.. Good for a day and easy access to the airport is added advantage.

We only stayed one night whilst waiting for another flight. The hotel is in a complex which clearly models itself on Las Vegas. The room was dreadful. It was small. There is no double glazing and it is situated next to a busy motorway so was extremely noisy. The air conditioning did not work-despite contacting reception and maintenance attending twice it still didn't work The fridge didn't work The bedside light didn't work The breakfast was excellent though. I definitely would not stay again!

Mendior at emperors palace L’hotel è situato a qualche km dall’aeroporto (circa 15 min di navetta o taxi) e fa parte di una struttura con 4 diversi hotel. Struttura datata, reception e in generale servizi non molto efficienti e disponibili, pulizia così così , Wi-Fi poco efficiente, camere con letto comodo, ma ho dovuto far cambiare più volte le chiavi perché non aprivano. ascensore lento, colazione abbastanza valida bei prodotti, servizio un po’ lento . La navetta gratuita verso l’aeroporto parte ogni 30 min. Una valida soluzione per una notte di passaggio a Johannesburg pur se non rispetta a mio parere le 4* di categoria.

We spent two separate nights at the hotel. Pros: very convenient to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport. Next to the conference center, shopping and restaurants. Full breakfast is included and is good. Cons: rooms are small but clean. The thermostat didn’t work which made the room too hot. Hotel is next to the highway so very noisy. I would find another alternative to the airport next time.

We stayed here as part of a large group and spent just the night here to take a flight out of Johannesburg on the next day. The hotel rooms were spacious and well maintained and we regret not having to spend another day here. It is part of a larger resort and there are many interesting eating joints and casinos right next door. It was beautiful and we enjoyed walking around them under the canopy with the artificial sky design.

We did not have any problem in this hotel. Quality - service- breskfast- free shuttle.. without problem..Location is good , near to airport, around the hotel there are casinos, all kinds of restaurant etc.. if i come again i would stay again

So glad this hotel is open again after a long Covid close down. Everything was great from the warm and welcoming reception at check in to check out the following morning. Jersey needs a special mention with her happy smile and the gift of making you feel so welcome. Lovely clean room and superb breakfast. What a lovely Sunday break. Love it every time I go there.

Probabilmente uno dei peggiori (se non il peggiore) 4 stelle dove sia mai stato. Hotel fortemente datato e con arredi scadenti e dozzinali, una moquette sporca e polverosa e la ventola del fan coil che ricordava per rumore la sala motore di una nave da crociera. Inoltre, Climatizzazione non funzionante (la stanza era ed è rimasta a 16 gradi nonostante avessi impostato il riscaldamento) e scarsa disponibilità e cortesia della reception completano un quadro già di per sé scadente: avevo pagato per il 13 agosto due doppie matrimoniali, (viaggiando con figlio al seguito e non essendo disponibile la tripla) e mi è stata data senza possibilità di variazione una matrimoniale e una doppia con letti singoli. Alle mie rimostranze mi è stato riferito che non esistevano camere comunicanti matrimoniali nell’hotel, asserzione presto smentita dai fatti poiché alla famiglia di amici che viaggiava nel nostro gruppo e’ stata data questa opzione. Pessima esperienza!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in occasione del nostro viaggio di nozze per permetterci il collegamento con l'aeroporto che si trova a pochi minuti di distanza in auto (servizio navetta incluso ogni 25 minuti). La struttura è collegata al centro divertimenti dove ci sono diversi ristoranti il cinema e il casinò. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Un albero casinò un po’ kitsch, stile Las Vegas, ispirato all’impero romano ma non riuscito proprio bene. È fornito di un grande parcheggio, con ampi spazi comuni ma la camera era abbastanza piccola, si ha difficoltà ad aprire 2 valigie insieme. La stessa è anche da rinnovare un po’, te le varie cose c’era ad esempio la finestra con il vetro rotto. La camera nostra affacciava lato parcheggio ed era molto silenziosa però si sentivano sbattere le porte nel corridoio come se fosse la nostra, l’altro lato affaccia sull’autostrada e non so se si senta o meno il rumore del traffico. La sensazione di sicurezza è elevata specialmente vedendo i controlli all’ingresso con sbarre e strisce chiodate. Colazione molto varia e buona con ampia varietà di dolce e salato. Solo i cornetti erano un po’ secchi. Stesso nel complesso poi ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e bar dove poter cenare e passare tempo. Stando a soli 5 minuti dall’aeroporto (dispongono anche di una navetta da e per il terminal) è un discreto compromesso dove passare 1 notte ma non di più.

Hotel molto vicino all'aeroporto con buon servizio di navetta incluso. Colazione dolce e salata buona, ma camera doppia e bagno piccoli e con arredi datati. Struttura prenotata tramite tour operator turisanda. In compenso si è all'interno di un'area piena di ristoranti e ******: brutta copia del cesar palace a las vegas
