Moved in room 2002, Jun. 2, 2024, water sink reservoir under cabinet badly smelly, stink waste water spill over if you open the water tap, and air conditioner broke down not work afternoon of Jun. 4th., and ask for help at 6:40pm when back room found AC problem, waiting about 2 hours no one show up, couldn't bear the stink and hot in this amazing room and i packed up and get to Atria Residences Lobby waiting, finnal received a reply typed to me by WhatsApp, to ask me wait for 5th. morning 9:00am, got me really angry, and i left the key and card to the residences building security office and move to Vega Hotel, they owe me 4th. and 5th. two nights money refund, but still types useless words via WhatsApp... too disappointed and shall never ever try this apartment or Travelio again! Too bad and disgusting experience...
