Hotel Król Kazimierz

The hotel overall provides many services and is located about 20 mins walk from the main market square via a safe road away from all the traffic. The exterior and main public areas are renovated but the rooms are quite old and beat up. Many spots around the room are either broken or chipped and certainly no plugs near the bedside table. The bathrooms also need a refresh. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices and the spa offers a large selection of treatments. The relaxing massage was done by a very knowledgeable masseur. The bike rental could use newer bikes as they were very beaten up. Overall a relaxing couple of days.

Very helpful and nice personel. Always eager to help. Delicious Polish breakfast and very good bar staff. Nice and clean rooms. One can also enjoy SPA, massages etc. Beautifull surroundings not far away from Warsaw. A lot of to explore. Highly recommended.

This hotel has 4 stars??? Joke, far-fetched 2-3 stars is max, I have been to many places with 4-star and higher standard. The price-quality ratio is a total mistake. King Casimir stood next to the King years ago, because now her caricature. It's a pity, because the potential was huge. The only aspects that deserve praise are: 1. A gentleman playing the piano in the evenings and mornings 🖤 something amazing!!! 2. Kitchen with menu: duck liver, tartare and sirloin brilliant. Broth on real broth. Waiter service is a plus. 3. Mr. Rafał masseur, I highly recommend to all physically active - prima sort classic massage, and I go regularly to various specialists because of sport 🏆 4. Parking lots. 5. Location, walk to the center several minutes. 6. Appearance from the outside, but the spell breaks as soon as you check in to the room. GENERAL IMPRESSIONS: A friend had an unpleasant experience sleeping on an extra bed on which I would not even put my dogs. She was bitten all over her body and around the eye, the rest I will keep silent... We had to fight for any redress ourselves. In general, the approach to the client of the Reception Manager + Management calls for vengeance to heaven and disciplinary action. Zero remorse and willingness to meet the customer. We are in the 21st century and supposedly growing consumer awareness against the background of Europe, but as you can see, not everywhere. BREAKFAST Tasty, there is a lack of freshly squeezed juices and a very small selection of fruits. CORRIDORS Messy, old carpeting, dirty walls. The elevators are very slow and shake on landing. SPA ZONE It requires immediate investment and renovation!!! Zero division into a zone for families and a zone for adults, so leaving your own children at home, you have to endure the squeals of strangers. After 19 children are asked out, but from the image point of view it is still a poor approach. If you are getting ready to rest and relax, unfortunately there is no chance, because some treatment rooms had doors to the noisy pool zone. NO JACUZZI. SWIMMING POOL In fact, it is a tiny, chlorinated eye with cold water and mushroom in places. IN A DRY SAUNA I pulled out my outfit, I do not understand why the owner did not do anything in the direction of wood restoration. Blatant level. . . MUD SAUNA It should be properly heated before the procedure (in the option when it is muted!!!), because our predecessors froze and had insufficient steam. The staff should watch over it and start it in advance before the appointment. * In general, the SPA zone is cool, both in the pool, in the massage rooms and in the area with sun loungers. * During the White Flowers treatment I had to wash off the scrub, but there was only ice water in the shower! * The lack of towels on the standard equipment of the rooms is really a joke. Nice hotel in Kazimierz Dolny. Nice service, good food. Small spa with saunas and a pool. Walking distance to old part of town. Rooms a little bit worn (wallpaper damaged and dirty carpet in mine) Wifi quite weak and strange idea adding +10% for your every bill in restaurant. Anyway we had a nice stay.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are large and clean. Service is friendly and very helpful. Place is peace and quiet. Meals were tasty. Fantastic spa area. One little disadvantage – wifi signal was weak. Except this everything was working fine.

High class… quisine, service, all… Very good place for relax, get distance to problems and spend time in luxury place!! Very good meals, and nice service!! Close to center, quiet neighbourhood. For sure we’ll come back and recomend to our friends!!
