It is unacceptable to have such old and deformed mattresses in a 5 stars hotel. I could not sleep the whole night and the day after we changed sides with my partner and while I sort of managed to sleep poorly, he woke up with back pain. The staff is extremely nice but seems stretched everywhere: I asked if something could have been done for the mattress, was told they would have looked into it, then did not get a word all day and in the evening the bed was remade as is. Nobody was at the Spa reception all day. On the positive side, the Spa masseuse was incredibly good and sweet and a ray of sun-light in our stay. The restaurant is worth every penny, with special special thanks to the outstanding sommeliere  ＜3

Great Hotel in the lovely Surroundings of a Elsass Fairy Tail Village. Outstanding Gourmet Retaurant!!!

We were woken up by a fire alarm at 4:30 am. When we tried to exit the exit door was locked. Not only is this gross incompetence it is also criminal. Fortunately the fire was a problem in the kitchen but if it wasn’t it could have been a disaster. Pure mismanagement.

We had a very relaxing stay and excellent food and wine. This property can only be recommended. The reception is handling all guest very professionally. Very well managed small parking. Our dog was also very happy at the Chambard.

We loved our one night at Le Chambard. The Nasti family and all staff give a very warm welcome and run the property with great professionalism and style. Our rather overlarge suite Paul was nevertheless very comfortable, with high-quality furnishings. Dinner in the Winstube was an excellent experience in a buzzy atmosphere with very good service and delicious food. We particularly enjoyed watching the melding of the casual and fine-dining kitchens and service areas. The mark of a great property was evident in Madame Nasti herself serving in the Winstube. In the morning we loved having breakfast in the same space, with its cosy atmosphere and selection of Alsatian foods. The great warmth of the property is reflected in the offer to take home the breakfast jam and kugelhopf.

We had a beautiful unit with a balcony overlooking the vineyards. The service was excellent, unobtrusive and unpretentious. The meals at the two restaurants were all outstanding in their own right. The small town and setting were very charming. We loved our stay at Le Chambard.

A marvelous middle sized hotel located on the Alsacian Route de Vin in the charming village of Kaysersberg. The staff is very friendly and accommodating without being intrusive.Great dining possibilities and a good Spa area

Warm & welcoming stay in Keysersberg. Excellent & attentive staff. Very comfortable bed! Dinner in Weinstub was very good. Birthday celebratory dinner in 2* Olivier Nasti restaurant was excellent!! Location in village was perfect. Would highly recommend.

High end boutique hotel. Very nice rooms and great service. Location is perfect right in the center of town. Very convenient if you want to do a 9 course tasting menu at the 2 star Michelin restaurant located at the hotel and then pass out. Which was wonderful by the way. The chef is a true artist with good. Ate some outstanding local specialties with haute interpretation. The staff is a bit pretentious but c’est la vie.

Personnel adorable, restaurant gastronomique exceptionnel, mais difficile de mettre plus à un hôtel de cette catégorie dont la réception ferme à 23h00, surtout lorsqu’il est conseillé de laisser ses clés de voiture et que le parking est surchargé… Suite moderne et agréable, mais bruyante et avec des rideaux occultants inefficaces. La piscine a le mérite d’exister, mais elle est vraiment très petite.

It was a great experience for my wife and I to stay at Chambard Hotel. Our room was large, functional and regularly cleaned and tidied. The Winstub restaurant was superb and we had a peek into the adjacent in house Michelin restaurant which also looked awesome. The hotel has a lot of character with artwork and stuffed animals all around the lobby and corridors. There is an indoor bar and outdoor drinks area as well at the rear with the vineyard outlook. The staff are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
