Ulasan The Kayseri Loft Hotel

I found the hotel to be a bit run down. . The corridor light was not working I almost tripped so I had to use the torch light to guide me to the lift. The door lock to my room is jammed so everytime I unlock the door with the keycard. I had to give it a big push with my shoulder. The wall paper in the room started to peel off. The room safe was faulty after I left my passport in the safe I couldn't reopen it and had to call housekeeping to unlock with the master key. The staff was friendly though. But the property needs a refresh.

The hotel receptionist does not speak English and does not know how to use translation software. He just said "No English" which is very rude. There was no smile at all. . . 

The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely consider staying again.

Except that the room is bigger, there are no other advantages, the price is not cheap, the location is very remote and requires a car, the front desk does not speak English, and told us that breakfast is in Building B, but it turns out that B is in the basement... The restaurant for dinner cannot be found when ordering. to people.

Excellent budget hotel to take a break from the road. Quite spacious rooms. Nice breakfast for an extra fee. Can be recommended for a stay.
