The hotel was very clean and located right where we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a shuttle service which took us wherever we wanted to go in a 1 mile radius.

Hotel Indigo Kansas City - The Crossroads takes its inspiration from the city's thriving creative scene by incorporating local artwork throughout its three-story building. The latter is a nod to Jim Leedy who in 1985 opened the first gallery in the Crossroads in what was once a paint brush factory. Very satisfied with the stay, the hotel has just been renovated, about 5-10 minutes walk from the union station, turn left from the station gate and turn left, you can see it from afar, very conspicuous. The front desk is on the 2nd floor. If the night arrives too late, you need to press the intercom outside the main entrance of the 1st floor to let the front desk open. A few front desks are very welcoming, not a super metropolis hotel is not the same. Breakfast is similar to other hotels, that is, many things need to be heated by themselves, which is very interesting. There is also a canteen at the front desk, and snacks are big. My room is equipped with a microwave and a large fridge. The windows in the room need to be opened before the main power switch of the door is opened. When I left, let the front desk help me find the rental, and the rental fee was reasonable, very good.

Very good. First of all, the location is good, close to Nelson Museum and Keeper, and close to Country Club Plaza, all within 10 minutes' walk. There is a shuttle bus to the Plaza. The room is quite big, new, and standard. There is a Starbucks downstairs. Overall good.

The friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended

This is our main place we book where ever we go. The staff is friendly the room was clean the kids had a great time in the pool. The one problem I had was that the hot tub was cold and dirty I was upset about that.

Hotel is located centrally and close to harbor, sights and shopping. Very convenient to move around the islands.
