Hotel is ok,service is also nice but don’t use other service by hotel staff like cab or tour and travel’s broker…they all are frod, Whatever car or hotel these people make, they tell you more money than the real price in any other wake and when you reach that place and you do not like that wake or it is different, seeing the photo of which you liked your hotel. Then he argues with you.

Pathetic service...manager is so rude ..I told him a/c is not working...he told me wait fro 15 mins if it's not work then...shift the hotel..we can't do anything....they gave us dirty room..after so any request they clean our room..as per them cleaning staff is not in hotel it us to come from outside.... pathetic hotel..plz no one should visit this hotel...

Rooms, bed sheet, washroom are dirty. Flush was not working. Ac and internet was also not working. Horrible experience as some one came to my room when we are out some cigarettes are thrown there. Never ever i suggest to some one to go that hotel. Seepage is everywhere in room and washroom

Hotel is superb on jammu road .Staff is friendly and understand the customer need .I always stay in this hotel .wifi is always available. Hot water is also working .Hotel rooms are newly renovated .I likely stay. I am in fort floor .Budget friendly hotel in katra
